I contacted them to come to my house and assess the cost of running a propane line from an existing line outside to create a gas stove inside. The young man who came out was punctual and very respectful. He could not get his boss on the phone to give a quote while he was there and said someone would call me in a little while. I never received a phone call.Later that day when I called to inquire about my quotes I was told that they did not receive enough information I needed to arrange someone else to come out and look at the job. For the second time I left work and missed work only to be called after the appointment time and told he was running 30 minutes late. Once he arrived he told me that the propane tank could not be close to the house and then left and then I would have a quote first thing the next morning. I’ve never received that quote. Horrible Service and will not be using their services

My dad had arranged for American Air to come out and fix his air conditioner and they told him it would be next day. That is fine, I can understand that because it was later in the day. However, he arranged for me to be at his house so they could work. I spoke with someone at the office and they told me it would be “first thing in the morning,” well, by 9:30 am I called to check on the status. They assured me I was next on the list for someone to come out. At 1 o’clock in the afternoon I still had not heard from them! I called them back and they told me the same thing but I requested for someone to call me 30 minutes before they arrived because I had things I had to get to work. By 2 o’clock I called them back and just told them they would have to wait until 4 o’clock when my dad would be at his house.It is extremely unprofessional for a company of their size to not have a better time frame system in place. It is also not appropriate to have their customers wait all day when they specifically told me “first thing in the morning.” When I told them this they said this is the only thing they can assure because they don’t know how long their technicians would be so they couldn’t guarantee a time frame. I call bs on this because my husband who has worked in the trade before ALWAYS had a time frame and if he couldn’t make it then he would call and reschedule. He would have never had a customer continue to wait all day long. The ONLY reason why my dad had called them is because American Air was once a reputable company who was professional and on time and my husband now works out of town so he was unavailable. Save yourself some time and choose a different business that values your time as a customer and can give you a better time frame than just “first thing in the morning” when they know that is the furthest from the truth.

Okay, so I called about the heat not working & I figured Id be put on a wait list for days...they CAME OUT THE SAME DAY! The specialist was professional, fast & proficient...I mean he had everything up & running in no time. Their prices are good too. Okay, the real shocker...they even did a follow up 📲call to make sure you were happy with their service. Wow.. Highly recommend..🏆🏅🥇👏👏

I worked with Chris Herring. He returned all my calls in a reasonable amount of time & he also answered all my questions. The guys he sent over to install my units were respectful & nice. They were meticulous in their work & they cleaned up behind themselves. They explained the warranty with their company & warranty with the product. I was given instructions on registering the equipment online & before they left they did another walk through to make sure everything was clean & back in its place. I would highly recommend them to my friends & family.

American air is a ripoff. I called them to come out and my husband had a someone else to come out that was highly recommend. My husbands friend came first. And told us we need to clean are unit but he couldnt do it that day. So American air guy came out we told him what we needed right in are driveway. He left said he would be back with an estimate. Then the lady I called called my phone and asked for my husband not me. Then wanted us to bring them the service fee $80.00. But the guy didnt do the job. So my husband got ticked and took them the $80.00 but they wanted us to pay another service charge to come back and do the job plus the labor and materials? But they couldnt do the cleaning that day. So we asked for them to just do freon since my next day off was in 3 days. They said no. Really you never did anything the first time. So now not only will I be going with the other company to do the work but I will also be using them on a property we are closing on that needs a whole new unit. Dont use them service was the worst I have ever had. The only reason they were trying to bully us to pay them are money to do a job they couldnt do that day was cause I was honest and told them I had the cash to do the job. So act broke dont tell them how much money you have. They also changed their story several times. One minute saying they can do it then they cant I have never felt so ripped off in my life.

Guys really knows what they are doing. They have me choices to solve my problem. Friendly and helpful.
