I wish I could give negative stars. 3 staff members; one actively helping customers...the other 2 behind the counter engrossed in their phones. I walked around for a while ..... the lady helping a customer cutting me off twice.....I go stand at the front counter.....still being ignored....I finally get recognition and some help......or so I think.....but these three people wander up and the guy stops “helping me” and asks them if they need help.And so much for supporting local. Amazon got that $50 plus purchase.

I recently purchased a bottle of supliments and wile in a hurry to get to work I dropped the bag containing the glass bottle and it broke. The next day I returned to the store owner was nice enough to replace the bottle free of charge. That in my book is good customer service 👍

Great environment, almost feels like a farmers market. Tons of good products for all elements but may have to ask assistance on finding certain products due to the quantity. 👌👌

Selection rates 5 star for Hattiesburg. When I was there monday, staff gives the impression that they could care less when you need help or need to be rung out. Not cool. I come here for certain items and I also refer many of my patients to your store. If you cannot invest in a customer ring it yourself register, then we should be top priority, right? In a world of Amazon and mom and pop pharmacies getting it right, if the customer is not being rude and hateful, why do they have to wait at a lineless register?
