I waited forever. No one was at the desk. They are very nice but need better service.

I have had my aids for three years and could get no help with them not working...the lady that has taken over helped me ...she got my right aid working and sent my left one of for repairs under warranty..im excited to work with her

Dr. Barry (first name), was very good at explaining what to expect. Also his passion as to why he loves his job. Help people to hear (for some, again). I highly recommend this. Although I didnt get the hearing aids. Instead for me he suggested seeing ENT Specialist. So what Im saying is he wont steer you wrong.

I had no idea just how severe my hearing loss is! Jonathan & Dr. Phil were absolutely great at explaining everything about my condition. They were very thorough and showed a true, compassionate concern for me as a patient. I never felt like it was about them making a sale. I felt like the entire process was about helping me hear again.I can hear the frogs and crickets again, not to mention that the volume on my tv is now set at 19 rather than 100.Thank you, Miracle Ear, for my miracle.

Should be a -10. The worst experience I have ever had. Waited 11/2 hours and never saw the doctor. There was no one in the waiting room when we got there. Dont go..
