I will never shop here again absolute abysmal customer service. Bought a stove in March of this year and a shock is emitting from the stove. They sent someone and said it was electrical. I hired an electrician and he confirmed stove was not grounded correctly and a electrical leakage is taking place. Went back to PC Richards and they want nothing to do with it. Been shopping here 20 years and this will be the last thing I purchase!

I went to replace my microwave which had blown out and he in a matter of seconds found the old model and went to the replacement model. We ordered it and now its in its way. UPDATE 6/9/21: Bryan ordered two ACs for me and they were installed today. All went well, and I really appreciate Bryans personal service after the initial difficulty. Very pleased with how this all turned out.Horrible experience (see below for updates). I ordered a survey so a technician would come over to measure my AC opening and tell me the correct AC to purchase. He was supposed to come today. I was told last night that he would be here from 2:15-6:15. Today the technician calls in the morning and says he will be there between 3 and 7, and that he has 9 ACs to install. By 6:45 he wasnt here, no phone call, so I call the 800 number and am told the window switched to 4:15-8:15. I called the manager, who said if the guy doesnt show up, I could reschedule for the following week. I dont think so! 8:30 and the technician isnt here. Tomorrow Im calling to get a refund of the $27 I paid to have this done. If they cant respect my time, Im not giving them my business. I had to cancel an appointment I had for 7 p.m., that I was looking forward to, because of these guys.UPDATE: The installer called at 9:45 p.m., very apologetic, to ask if he could come over (No!!) He said they did 11 installations that day. So I was an afterthought to them, obviously.UPDATE 2: The salesman at the store who had booked the survey heard about what happened and came over personally to take the dimensions at no charge. Hes going to work with me to get the correct ACs installed (which will hopefully go smoothly). I was happy with this and glad the store made amends. Ive increased the original one-star rating to three stars, for now.

Very happy with the service here. My friend told me I MUST see Jaime and my friend was right! Jaime helped me through the whole process, never rushed me and told me all the information I needed to make the right decision. It is hard to find knowledgeable staff like this at the big box stores.
