First time back in over a decade, moved out of state, and the wonderful owner still remembers me. Food is so good and owner is so kind. Will probably come back before I leave to take some back with me. 1k stars!

Maybe perhaps once it was a stuff of bagel, now its just a bagel place and its a little bit rundown. I asked for two eggs over medium, ham and cheese on a scooped and toasted everything. My eggs were well done and fried and the bagel was not toasted. Overall my sandwich had very little flavor and was not great

Don’t recommend coming here for bagels, I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and yet it wasn’t correct TWICE!! I was loud and clear as to what I wanted on my bagel. Not coming back. And other bagel places keep there bagels warm NOT cold..

I stopped coming here years ago because the lady in the counter was extremely rude she didn’t wanted to give my bagel after I paid while my other order was being cooked she could of just put my other order in a different bag. The breakfast sandwiches doesn’t have any flavor at all.

Have been going here for 9 years now and its still the best bagel store in the Suffolk County. Bacon egg cheese is always on point and I usually get 4 sandwiches for the family.

The owner Sue is super friendly and also her husband is super friendly.But they have an employee named Maria on the other hand is very rude and unfriendly to the customers.Mangerment should do something with this employee.

Great bagels. The atmosphere is as if theyve known you as a good friend all your life. Definitely Im recommending this place for a quick bite before work or wherever you are going. Loved it. Guaranteed to be satisfied.

Good but dont go on a Saturday for your breakfast because you are going to wait about 20 minutes I just went there today on 11 20 2019 and the owner raised the prices to 50 cents to a dollar but still the bagels and sandwiches are still fresh and the worker marie is still there the one who makes everything

The food is horrible. I ordered a chicken salad on a egg bagel. The chicken salad had a bunch of pepper and other seasoning. It gave me heartburn. There was more pepper then chicken pieces. Also the pieces of chicken they used were not big chunks it was little pieces. The pieces were so small all you taste is the pepper.

The cook was rude, the food has no taste, and she charged me an extra dollar for using my card without even telling me. I spent 5.95 on 2 eggs, turkey sausage and cheese, no coffee included. Also the food quality is horrible. The cheese taste fake, the sausage is low quality. It taste like rubber. I was so upset . I only went there to give it a try because there was no other options closer . What a mistake. DO NOT GO HERE if you want a good breakfast sandwich. As a customer, its disappointing to expect a good sandwich and get dissatisfying customer service and food. Im disgusted

I used to love this place the cream cheese that they make here is my favorite, but alas I stopped going. Why you might ask? Well first off the lady at the counter is rude as hell! Everytime I go in I get an attitude and I always get overcharged for everything and she doesn’t even say anything about it!!! The prices on the board don’t matter when she is making them up!! When they make a bagel they barely put any cream cheese on it... I’ve gone to places with cheaper bagels and twice the amount of cream cheese! It is what it is though. I just recommend any other deli or bagelry over this pile of garbage any day!

Come here several times. And every time Ive asked for crispy bacon and homefries, Ive always gotten NOT CRISPY BACON & Boiled Potatoes. Avoid this place. Go to Strathmores

The counter person is rude and nasty I made a $25 dollar purchase last week on 4 breakfast sandwich’s.on one of the sandwich’s they put 1 slice of cheese 2 slices of bacon and a sausage patty.I went there today to complain about it that you charge me 6 buck for I sandwich and there was only 2 slices of bacon.cunter person just said that bacon is expensive.they lost a loyal customer. Looked at the cunter person with a dirty look and just walked out banned 4 life.

When I was a child I used to go to this Bagel location. They were amazing. within the last recent years they must have switched owners the food has downgraded to such a low quality its not even at the least acceptable. I recently went in to order a bacon egg and cheese, it looks like they took one piece of bacon and cut it in half and then took that half and chipped it up and put it in the sandwich the role was stale like it was sitting around for 4 days the sandwich had no taste almost as if it were a movie prop I ordered home fries as well the home fries were absolutely disgusting. The table tops were absolutely disgusting theyve been sitting around for almost 20 years they put no money into this place at all its just downgrading the paint on the Windows have been chipping for years. If youre looking for a quality egg sandwich and a decent breakfast this is NOT your place. The only real customers they have all the students that go across the street to the high school, maybe because its in walking distance other than that it would have been closed a long time ago. now Im not sitting here trying to bash businesses but at least have some sort of effort when youre serving Society.

The lady behind the counter is rude and shady. Count your change when she gives it back to you. When we went there the other day she shorted us $5.00 and argued with us about the shortage. She routinely adds hidden charges without telling customers. For example, toast your bagel, thats an extra .75 cents. You order 25.00 worth of food and then want one styrofoam cup, .75 cents extra. That is just bad business. The quality of the food is horrendous and the cook looks like she just rolled out of bed after a bad night drinking. Please sell the business and do us all a favor.
