I hadnt been back to EWC since the pandemic, so I made an online appointment without knowing ANY of the staff, so I chose Kim.She was AMAZING!!!!! Quick, careful, precise, and sweet, she did my full leg wax in under 30 minutes and left my skin smooth as satin. I cant wait to see her again. And you wont be disappointed!!

I just got my armpits and a Brazilian wax by Hailey and WOW is she amazing, she was extremely friendly, sweet, and kind. I haven’t gotten waxed in a couple of years but I will now be going to this location consistently because Hailey was that amazing and she did a great job on me and I will be coming back in 3 weeks for her to wax me again. Thank you so much Hailey you were beyond amazing 🤩

I went to have my eyebrows waxed by Hailey after reading a nice review about her, but unfortunately left extremely disappointed. The waxer took off WAY too much of my eyebrows, leaving my eyebrows extremely far apart as well as starting and ending very bluntly. Unfortunately, I now have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back before they look somewhat normal again. My eyebrows now start near my iris and are two completely different shapes. I couldn’t be more disappointed. It is hard to believe that this could even happen somewhere where the only service offered is waxing.

Brazilian wax done here and I still had hair in places that I shouldnt have hair... The experience was underwhelming to say the least. I tried this place previously because of the pandemic and it wasnt good 😕 any of the previous times. I will never come here again no matter how desperate I am. I wouldnt have tipped at all.

This location is great, the staff is so pleasant. The space is clean and welcoming and I love how quickly I am able to get in for an appointment. On Valentine’s Day I last minute called and was able to get in right away! I drove directly there and was seen with no wait! Such a great experience.

Every time Im there no matter which girl is at the Front Desk or which girl I have as a waxer, it is GREAT! I look forward to going, which sounds crazy but its true! I NEVER GO ANYWHERE but EWC in Hauppauge!

I have been getting waxed by Brooke for over 3 years and she is amazing! I followed her from the Huntington location because she is that good! She is professional, quick, and thorough. Would never use anyone else!

So this was my first time using this center and my waxer was nice and made me feel comfortable my biggest complaint was while she was waxing my private part she was wiping the table I guess there was powder on it or something that bothered her I mean wiping the table hard with the same gloves she was using to wax me down there I’m not sure what she was wiping but she wiped hard as if it was wax and as if she couldn’t clean that after I was done...I even mentioned hair being left from my last visit and still there’s hair. I also took a shower and used their ingrown serum on my area and still I’m in some discomfort . I paid and even tipped her well BUT I will never go back.

I was waxed by Hailey at the Hauppauge location and it was AMAZING! The service was done well and I was very happy with the results. During Covid cleanliness is a big deal and i can say it was a very clean and professional environment! I will definitely be going back to her for my future waxes!

Sam, is by far the best! The process of making an appointment was so easy, they were able to get me a same-day appointment. I checked in with the Mobile Check-In and waited in my car for a few minutes before receiving a text that the suite had been sanitized and was ready. I like and prefer the Mobile Check-In; it reduces the amount of people you are exposed to and vice versa. Again, Sam was wonderful. She was very professional and a complete pleasure.

This was my second visit and once again ive been amazed. Always clean and the staff is always very kind. I will always recommend this location for first timers.

Why would you make an appointment and kindly wait in your car? when you approach the door they are not hesitant to turn you around without even asking if you had an appointment. Amazing way to start your vacation.

Brooke Wilber always does a FANTASTIC job. I always make sure to book with her because I know I’m going to get the PERFECT wax! The store is always clean and appointments are on time.

Both time i have gone to this location my wax has been terrible. Extremely painful and they do not get the hair off. Both waxers i had did not let the wax dry then claim my hair is uneven from shaving even though i haven’t shaved. I am disappointed in the quality of my waxes recently. My hair was clearly long enough but they did not pull in the direction opposite the hair growth nor did they allow the wax to solidify.

They always do a good job.

Been waxing my back and chest for 20 years, this is the best place around. Girls at the desk are lovely and its never embarrassing being a man there. Ive used several wax specialists and they are all great!

Have been coming to European wax for a few months and went through cancer treatment. Had to suspend my monthly payment and they were so accommodating. I got a beautiful eddible arrangement the next day!!!! Awesome team and awesome technician Deanna!!!

Overall I had an excellent experience with the waxing treatment at this location. I got waxed last Saturday July 13, 2019 and considering it was my first time having a wax treatment, I really liked it. Lexi, my waxer specialist was very professional as well as the other girl she was training. Although I had some missed spots, I actually had a complimentary retouch session as a follow up free of charge. Diane, another waxing specialist perfectionated the experience. I strongly recommend this place and let me tell you as a first timer it wasnt as painful as it may sound/seemed.Thanks!

I’ve been going to European Wax Center for over 2 years and all the girls have been great but I just saw Saphire in Stony Brook and I can honestly say I’m never seeing anyone else but her from now on. Not only was she painless she was so thorough I have never had a better Brazilian wax so happy and highly recommend Saphire

My fiance loves this spot, they do a great job but their price point is high.

I go to Debbie to get my wax. She is knowledgeable, and so friendly. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Always a great experience with Debbie.

Went for an eyebrow wax and when I got home to take a closer look, it looked like I never went. I went back for a re-do and the person cut my eyebrows with the tweezers in numerous places. Will never go back.

My waxer Lexi just moved to this location from the stonybrook EWC. Her waxes are always consistent with no hair left behind. Everything was quick and easy, especially on my chest and back. She balances being professional and personable throughout my service, it really makes the service.

Had the worst wax experience today, came home checked myself and all i can do now is 😂 😂😂 at myself for literally throwing away $69.00 for a rushed hack job!! I laugh now but to say i was pissed would be an understatement but lesson learned as Amanda girl you will never get another chance to rush through ripping hair from my body in this lifetime or the next. I should go back tomorrow and show her but i would just get mad all over again and act the damn fool but I will never lower my standards for anything or anyone, so I will count it as a painful loss

The receptionist was rude & had an attitude, the waxer was okay but she rushed, and left a bunch of hair behind didnt go over the butt strip but it was less painful, wouldnt reccomend this wax center

I have been to numerous European Wax Centers within my local neighborhood, and none of them have compared to the one in Hauppauge. I travel the distance to go to this specific EWC because it stands out from the rest! The front desk girls are welcoming, and extremely friendly-my favorite is Flo! She has recommended some of the best products that have improved my skin greatly. She convinced me to buy a package because I am a regular client, and it was the best decision I could have made. I usually have to change appointment times due to my hectic schedule, but I never have to worry about getting a new appointment. They always accommodate me! I have had a great experience will all the waxers here so I never have to worry about who I get bounced over to. I am confident in all of the waxers here, and am always satisfied. I would with out a doubt, choose the EWC of Hauppauge if youre in the Suffolk area!

I am writing this review to advise potential summer clients not to come. I went here almost a year ago to get pretty much my whole body waxed for a vaction I was going on, as I did not want to shave during my time off. The technician who I had (do not remember her name specifically) was extremely sweet but made me a bit uncomfortable. She was talking to me about a male we both knew from my school while giving me a brazilian wax, how awkward!! Although she was sweet, she failed to keep me hairles beacause I ended up going home and noticing blotches of hair all over my body remaining( I could not see at salon because my legs were still red from irritation). I bought a full brazilian wax, upper leg, and underarm- well over $150 with tip and I regret it all. The front desk man was pushing packages on me, as if I want to spend over $500 for a subpar service! I dont think I will attend this wax center again until they do a more thorough job waxing.

Out of town on biz and called to make an appointment. The receptionist Ashley was extremely rude and refused to answer questions regarding the waxer she planned on placing me with (i.e. Length of time with company etc.) Although this location was only 2 miles from my hotel I opted to drive an extra 20 minutes thx to Ashley. If this is the customer service received over the phone I cant imagine the level of service I would have got in person. No thx! A wax should be comfortable especially walking into the establishment.

The front desk lady does a good job, but i would never go here again the tech did an awful job left hair but I was in a rush, the small talk came off shady.
