After having no luck finding a costume I liked at Spirit, Party City, and a few other costume shops, I finally discovered Long Island Costumes while searching the internet. Most places I had visited had a very limited selection of costumes for men but this place had a nice array of costumes to choose from. Whats more, the friendly staff welcomes you to try on the costumes while some other stores I had been to (Halloween Adventure in NYC) would give customers a hard time when they would ask to try a costume on.The showroom is very spacious, well-organized and was not crowded at all when I went, making it a very quick and easy experience to select, try on, and purchase a costume. They also offer costume rentals, but I thought the pricing was a bit off. A costume that retailed for $39.99, had a 3-day rental price of $39.99... That was the only negative mark Id give this place. All in all, I highly recommend Long Island Costumes for your costume needs.

Never visited this place until my daughter needed a costume and we found exactly what she wanted. Customer service is great they helped us and they were very nice.
