So far I am exceptionally pleased with Garment Printer Ink - Brendan Cox in PARTICULAR. This guy is very squared away and has helped exponentially with everything from making sure I was on the right page with what my goals were as a company prior to finalizing purchases with equipment, to sending out follow up emails and making sure I had everything set up with ease / if I had any questions at all.Brendan stresses that everyone else on his team is just as squared away as him and if he is out of town they would help, however I have become biased (lol) and am very excited to continue to work with Garment Printer Ink most specifically because of Brendan!! Horrible product. Followed the instructions exactly as provided and not one sheet married properly. I pretty much wasted my money with this product. Would have been better off just buying the standard paper.

We were slaves to a competitor for years down in Atlanta with horrible customer service and constant excuses for late shipments/deliveries, delivering the wrong product to us, etc. We reached out to GPI a few weeks back and spoke with Leah in Customer Service. What an awesome human being; truly. She was so friendly and gave us so much insight and confidence in us switching to them for our DTG and embroidery needs. Their ink works well, with all of the delays in shipping today they still seem to get their products to us in a timely manner considering they are clear across the nation from us.
I purchased my Printer from them and was having issues connecting to my computer. Brendan and Danny were great to work with and solved my problem very quickly. Garment Printer ink is the Best part of Printing. Period. We would probably be out of business of it wasnt for the help of Leah and Dean! They always have everything we need in stock and are always eager to help us in our times of need. Horrible service, they never answer properly in customer service and shipping service is totally messed. They do not provide any help when you need it, they do not make responsible for problems with their courier like UPS. They do not have a proper online shipping system either, if you write the region and city properly, the website sends the package to anywhere else within the country. Do not recommend this provider at all.
I contacted GPI while researching equipment. At the time I was speaking to at least a dozen other dealers. GPI stood out because they were well informed, forthright, and cordial in answering the multitude of questions I had for them. After speaking to them on several occasions I felt confident keeping them on my short list of vendors to work with. That decision payed off. I made my purchase with them and every thing went as planned. I have since spoken to them for follow up information and will be purchasing more products from them on a consistent basis. If I can review 0 stars I would. I ordered a printer and I understand that the Covid-19 has really affected logistics and businesses, so the order came really late. That wasnt the issue. Because of certain reasons, I asked to return the product and get a refund but the companys policy prohibits returns and refunds for printers. I talked to the customer service and they kept saying the same thing. Dont waste your time and money with this business!!
The photos of the syringe and attachment are misleading. The syringe and two plastic tubes is what you get when you order this item. There is no attachment as shown in the ad. The Garmentprinterink ad should only show the syringe and plastic tubing.In my opinion, this is a case of false advertising. Do not order this product. Not worth $17.00
Horrible shipping service, the last 2 shipments, with 3 months spacetime, have been shipped to a different region in my country, they told me it is something written in their website, but it isnt, I checked and my address is well written however, they keep sending my products to 3000kns away from my city. This produces enormous shortage in income due to delays in my orders, clients complaining and so and so.I do not recommend to buy here unless you live in the US. The customer service is awful, they answer as they are doing you a favour, they treat clients like garbage. I imagine they do not behave the same with the ones that buy from millions, buy if you are a little store they do not care about answering properly.

I ordered a Icolor 800 about 3 Months ago and I had recently been having issues with it. I called Garment Printer Ink where I purchased it from and spoke with Brendan who handled my issue. Needless to say he got me a New Fuser free of Charge and provided Excellent Customer Service which unfortunately a lot of companies lack now days! Brendan was just all around Top Notch and very quick about Responding! Thanks GPI and Brendan!

DO NOT USE THEIR INK IF YOU OWN A BROTHER GTX THE INKS ARENT COMPATIBLE AND WILL DESTROY YOUR 2PRINT HEADS.I PURCHASED THEIR GTX BULK INK REFILL DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY AND IT COST ME $3,000 FOR BOTH HEADS TO BE REPLACED. My orders shipping label was created on the 5th, but they didnt ship it out yet. It is now the 14th with no package mailed yet. Instead, they have updated the label tonight and were likely going to mail it out tomorrow which is completely unacceptable. It would have been nearly 3 weeks just to receive some basic printer supplies. Avoid at all costs.
