I highly recommend this Carvel! Overall they are a great location. I have had 1 small issue and the owner reached out to me personally. I truly appreciate a owner that puts their customers first. The staff has always been super friendly and the store always looks clean. I will definitely be going back for many years to come.

Went to Carvel with coupons i didnt think they would take them the person took all my coupons and was so nice about it great service

Large Vanilla ice cream soda. Tasted great but the icecream was soft to the point of melting and very little.

It was great, friendly service and they were very attentive to what i wanted love this place.

I have been a frequent patron of this Carvel for years. I always enjoyed the ice cream and the service at this location, but lately while the service is still fairly decent the Ice Cream has lost its flavor and quality. It seems the taste is definitely not the normal Carvel taste, but more like one of those Ice Cream trucks or street fair quality and taste. Even recently a shake I had gotten tasted like a fast food machine made shake. I hope if this location will go back soon to the old Carvel quality and taste, so I can continue to enjoy its convenient location.

Easy to see right off of Veterans Memorial Highway servicing Hauppauge and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

So happy with the serves at this Carvel. I called around and no one would make up an ice cream cake with beach balls on it. The Hauppauge location said no problem and did a beautiful job. So happy the cake was perfect. Very nice people!!!

Came for Ice cream at 9:40pm on 2/23/19 Saturday. Their employees decided to close early; just ignored me while cleaning up. The hours say they close at 10pm, but I guess the employees tonight had better plans...

Asked for a chocolate shake. Barely had any chocolate in it. 2 sips in and it was all vanilla. You could see how white it was. I guess the employee didnt care.

Very slow and order was totally wrong. Very small selection at 4:00 in the afternoon.

Came here Wednesday for bogo sundaes. Staff was very nice and my server was very friendly. Unfortunately they did not have the snow cap toppings, which is really no big deal. I was disappointed in the selections of ice cream offered. My usual spot at lake and 25 has a greater selection. Also, this location charges more for the same product. Additionally, the cups seemed not as full when compared to the lake ave location. Lastly, the ice cream seemed overly airy and honestly, lacked flavor.

It’s ok.they messed my order a lot.i ordered delivery and asked for a vanilla carvelanche with oreos and it came with hot fudge and chocolate chips when i didn’t order it.also i got ice cream before and it came with peanuts and we have an allergy and i called and the worker said they couldn’t do anything snd hanged up
