If I could give a negative 5 Stars I would!! Dealt with Ian there, quoted prices that werent accurate, charged more when the bill came than I wasTook him for his word and that was a mistake. The doors turned out to be extremely poor quality and essentially garbage on top of that!! Ian never returns his calls.....NEVER!! Would call several times a day to be told he isnt there and leave a message so thats what I did, only to call again later and have Ian pick up the phone and say sorry Its been busy. Not once did he ever return a call so the service there is just simply horrible. The hardware was missing for all the doors as well, backordered and was never informed until I got the doors and had to purchase hardware separately from Home Depot. Stay away from this place, if your an installer or a homeowner you can do much much better than these doors anyway. Bait and switch, lies and essentially steals your money and sells you things that are not in stock and not expected to be in stock for months or even worse, all for doors I wouldnt put on a dog house on top of it all.
