I received my key fob in the mail in a huge box which was great, giant bubble wrap and guess where the key fob was in a tiny ziploc UNDER the wrap, no paperwork, just that. I paid 69 dollars for that thing. You could have at least included a shipping statement, warranty information something guess what I know you dont care but your company is not the only one out there. I hope this thing works. &hitty service so far with shipping and I understand no instruction manual but when orders are shipped they come with some paperwork inside and usually the package is SURROUNDED by bubble wrap NOT UNDERNEATH IT! Lousy dont care and it shows. You can stay on top and think you are it forever. Sure thats what everyone thought until here comes AMAZON.
The lantern Bluetooth speaker which I purchased and used only once last season stopped working even plugged in. It needed a simple battery pack which is impossible to find. I contacted the company via email requesting to purchase a new battery. I received a response stating that they don’t stock or sell replacement battery packs. So I guess I’ll have to throw the speaker in the garbage.

I have an Advent OTOCAM2 that needed to be repaired. This is the best aftermarket OE style navigation system on the market. This product is no longer made, so I was hoping yhat it could be repaired. The screen went black and none of the functions worked. I did some trouble shooting with a technician and when nothing worked he put me in contact with Lisa and Eddie. They had me send the unit to Shine Electronics and walked me through how the repair process works. I had the unit repaired sent back and it failed. Lisa had me send it back in and Eddie who is a manager must have put me on their high priority queue. Lisa kept me updated throughout the repair process. Shine had to replace the main PCB board, the screen PCB board and touch screen. Lisa and Eddie both went above and beyond expectations and my navigation system came back and operates and looks brand new. This is the best customer service that I have experienced !!! I am a very happy customer. If you have an Audiovoxx product these are the people to call !!So a big thanks to Lisa and Eddie for their great customer service.Glenn
In a time when many companies say we give great customer service & really dont, this is not the case with Voxx !! My recent conversation with representative Pat Mergel has certainly been some of the best I have ever encountered!!! I had some general questions, & she took the time to find out what I needed & offer very helpful solutions !! Very Impressed !!!! Give them a call, you will be glad you did !!!
