This Fastenal location is open & under new management (thankfully)! My father needed some items to repair a snow blower and the gentlemen in this store were extremely helpful and courteous. I’d happily return!

Completely unreliable. They lead you on to think there customer service is great, But in the end they jerk you around. They didnt get back to me after they came to my location. I emailed and called a total of 20 times trying to get in touch with SOMEONE. Very unprofessional company. Completely dis-satisfied. Dont waste your time giving them all call. There are plenty of other BETTER businesses around.

The hours are listed as 7:30 to 5:00. I arrived at 7:50 and the store was closed. I waited until 8:05 AM and it still wasnt open. What are the real hours?
