They posted 20 Rows Cabernet Sauvignon wine at $15.77 a bottle. I tried to order a case. They added a tip of over $18. Who in hell ever heard of paying a tip to pick up wine. These guys sound like thieves to me. when I said I didnt want to pay a tip they cancelled my order without consulting me. Stay away from Hauppauge Wine and Liquor. They dont sound legit to me at all.I did get a phone call from them, after posting my review on Google and they were willing to remove the $18 tip but also wanted to reduce the discount they originally offered me.Again, I would stay away.I cancelled my order and bought from another dealer. $1 more a bottle but with FREE shipping and no automatically added tip.

A surprisingly excellent selection and a wealth of knowledge right off the LIE. This store has everything you can want, from a wonderful wine selection, to hand selected single barrels of Bourbon and Whiskey. Sam really knows his stuff, especially about Scotch and Bourbon. If you want store pick Bourbon, Sam usually has multiple excellent choices on hand. This store is a must stop at for any liquor connoisseur.

Wow this store is amazing. I had gone in to grab wine to take to one of my friends house and once I went in I was overwhelmed with the wide selection of all types of products there. The employee working there helped me pick out a good option and everyone enjoyed it a lot. I will definitely be coming back :)

AMAZING customer service ! I originally went in last night to purchase a bottle and saw a shaker cup in front grabbed it paid and was on my way . When i got home i realized the bottom of the cup was broken, stopped in today on my way to work and without any hesitation they took the cup back offered to refund me my money i told them i would take a replacement cup no need for a refund they gave me a different cup and a shot glass !! I deal with people on the regular and from the second you walk in they are very welcoming ! First time in the store yesterday but this will be my go to now ! Thank you guys !

This place is wine heaven! The selections are outrageous, prices are super low and the staff on hand are always there to help you find what you came in for. Old man is extremely rude. Looking over my shoulder and trying to rush me when I couldn’t decide on what I wanted to buy. Then told me to leave when I was picking up different bottles. This is not how you treat a customer. They don’t deserve your business.
