This is much different that the old UMS. Customer service was VERY unhelpful (bordering rude) and did not seem to know their product line very well.Try Frameware Inc. instead! I believe they might be a resurrection of the old UMS. NICE customer service and very helpful.

Not the old United. Run by Decor Moulding. Prices are too high compared to others in the business. Customer service is awful. Every order sent incomplete. Charged shipping on back orders. Never again.
