I bought a washer and dryer. Thought I was getting a good deal, ended up getting screwed. Dryer broke after a month. They didnt return my calls and I got no refund. Washer limped along for 9 months until it finally died. Theres nothing affordable about wasting money on a set that only works long enough to get a sale out of you

Herminio, was so professional, sells quality products, very affordable prices, punctual, respectful of my home, they went above and beyond what they needed to make sure our family was happy. We plugged the dryer in to test it. He was not happy with how hot it was getting. He replaced the heating element for free.. My initial experience was not the best . After contacting and speaking with receptionist. We were able to resolve the issue and they followed through before the time it was suppose to be delivered and the delivery guy was friendly and professional !

We bought a dryer in July of 2020 3 months later 10/2/2020 not even a full 3 months it is broken. A dryer is supposed to last quite some time. He even told me the dryer that I had he would take it for a $25 credit towards another dryer. Well he even said that my dryer was only 7 years old and should last at LEAST twice as long as it had. Now I know I bought a used appliance as most people do if they are in a bind but I will never do it again at least not from this place. The woman is rude when I first called she kept telling me she would call me back call me back and I had to call her EVERY single time she said she would call me back hours would go by she didnt and then after my husband replaced the heating element the dryer worked perfect the next day its broken again. So obviously its something in the dryer making that mess up complete piece of junk I doubt anyone will get a reliable lasting appliance from this place and if you do it was your lucky day!
