This is our third vehicle weve taken to Quality Body Shop. Their work is fantastic. Worth it!

This is an update to my original review which I had promised to change if the work was good after a bad customer service experience....I got my vehicle 2 weeks later, although I was originally told 4 days, and was not called with an update after 4 days had gone by although I was told they would call if it took more than 4 days; and they sort of got upset when I called to ask about it.....But now onto the good side of things, they did a great job on the body work I didn’t know I had this weird emotional attachment to my vehicle until I saw it looking like new again after being rear ended by a distracted/speeding a**hole, I think their price was very reasonable for all the work that was done, I hope I don’t need it ever again but if I ever do, I would definitely use their service again

The car turned out great! The color matched perfectly. But the only bad thing is I brought in my pick up truck.

Unfortunately my daughter wrecked my car in August this place is awesome they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car kept me informed of everything they were doing with my car on time for everything will recommend excellent excellent care professional outstanding job thank you so much everybody at quality body shop for the outstanding job you did on my vehicle I am one happy lady my car looks better than it did when I first purchased it.

So helpful...they treat you like family. They take time to listen to all your details and concerns, even though they probably know everything already! They are recommended by GEICO and all the car dealerships around that area. Even my tire store manager at Family Tire in Morehead City and New Bern said Dont go anywhere but Quality Auto Body. They really know what they are doing and they will advocate for you with the insurance companies!...😊

They literally did all the hard work for me! I’m very pleased with the work they did with my SUV after someone rear ended me on the interstate. They gave me extra paint, clear instructions and gave my old hitch back in case I need it for anything. I’m 100% pleased with the work Quality Auto Body Shop has done!

Id get body work done there any day but avoid their paint booth at all costs they paint your car leave orange peel. Than to my face tell me that orange peel gives durability to the paint. He said he would sand it and polish it to remove the orange peel kept the car for a couple hours and gave it back with no change to my paint .its one thing to paint bad its another to lie

These guys really know what their doing; I know a few of the employees there and they have done this type of work basically since they were old enough to pay taxes. The owner is a very truthful and a common since individual, that says a lot.

Excellent service! Very friendly, my car was in a minor accident and now looks brand new just like it did prior to the accident! Quick turn around time as well. I cant say enough good things about this place!

I hit a deer traveling back home on leave in my 2003 Jettawagon. Not only did they take care of everything with my insurance company when the check wasnt right, but they worked with me on everything else too. The car came out looking better than it did before I hit the deer even!Thank you so much !!

Took my “new” car in to be repaired as someone did not stop for red light and tore my backend up. They gave estimate on repairs everything was fine. Car was “ fixed” according to them, a few months later I started having problems . Took car in to where I bought it, they said looked like my problem was from accident, I said well my car was on accident but was told it had been fixed, so I paid the amount they said I owed and they gave me papers stating problem., plus pictures of said problems. With this info in hand I came back to said auto repair, gave them all info, said they would refile with insurance company and be back in touch with me. Well folks that was eight months ago, so I called this morning and got the run around” I remember you coming in but, that’s it... didn’t conveniently remember anything else, their business with me was closed, paperwork finished the day I picked my car up”.. I know that God will handle this, especially since he took my husband up there with him since this has happened. Just because I’m an elderly widow, doesn’t give anyone the right to walk over me for the sake of money !! Rant over !!!A very dissatisfied customer

Had a set of mirror covers done, best price around, half of what everyone else wanted to do them and the job was flawless. Hard to believe there were the same ones I handed them.
