I left Sprint to come over to Cricket Wireless and was pleased with the in-store customer service I received. Since then I have been a customer for over a year now and the coverage area has progressively gotten worse. It got to the point where I made calls in certain areas in Havelock that I used to be able to have service now l dont. I couldnt even call 611 for customer service. When I was able to call customer service its apparent that all they want is to take monthly payments. It took forever to get a customer service representative to answer the phone. For your information you have to press 0 to get a live person. They never let you know that 0 is an option to speak to someone.Its because of the deteriorating cell service and the unwillingness to speak to customers I have decided to take my business to another carrier.

Hi this is Glor Whitehead I a in Havelock at your store 497 I was waiting on by customer service rep Patricia .I happen to sit on the board call the mayors association for disabled people in DurhamNorth Carolina and I extremely enjoy the service that I got I did not have to explain that I was disabled . The service was great she went out of her way and constantly answer my questions even though they were repeated questions she had a great deal of patience . . .my visit in your store was extremely accessible I did not have to even acknowledge that I was disabled and she took great care of me

The associate John was so friendly. He added hotspot to my iPhone and even spoke to the cricket associate who took forever to resolve our issue. He repeated himself very patiently, I told him I would have hung up on her and canceled my plan.

Start, Im at the cricket store in Havelock and Myrna the young lady here managing the store today has done a fantastic job for me and I am just so pleased with every time I come into the store she has taught me what I need to know so that I can have this phone and be successful with it and that is really important to me because I am not computer savvy and I sure appreciate her shes a good employee and good employees are hard to find and even harder to keep value her thank you

Cricket wireless is a great phone company. I have 3 phones with them and the service is great. The people that work there are the most nicest people you can meet. They will give you a great deal and they also have direct TV. You cant go wrong with them I recommend you to switch.

Theyre okay. Waited 3 weeks for tampered glass for the phone I got paid in full along with a service fee and also the first month. Im upset that they wont let me upgrade until the 91st day. I paid for my phone off the first time I walked into Cricket. I just think its wrong.
