- Poor customer service- Lack of accountability/integrityAside from my own personal opinion and experience in this store, you can literally drive 10-15 minutes to Pkat arms in Newport and they will be of more assistance to you. You can buy the SAME ammo selection and more at half the price, sometimes more than half depending on your preference. Also with less ego and better service .

Excellent place to buy guns and ammunition. They have a good selection of arms, and just all around good people. They also have some awesome knives and a sword!

Probably the worst attitude of a shop owner I’ve ever experienced. First impression is they are a great place to shop but their follow up with a customer is and customer service is terrible, they act as if they are doing you a favor. I was initially looking for to making several purchases from them but now I would not spend a dime in that gun shop.

Was told no limit on ammo, finally a place that was not unconstitutional and taking our rights away! Walked in with cash in hand for a box of 1,000 rounds of .223 and was told no, only 3 box’s of 20 rounds. Shame they are following the main stream people in today’s crisis. Small town shops I love supporting and should be the ones helping beat the main streamers. Not to mention the prices are higher on products store wide despite what they say. Wish it was different.

They help me out when I was just passing through town and needed a problem resolved. I had not used their services before, and as I was just passing through probably wont be able to again, but they treated me like I was an old friend. I wish they were in my hometown. I highly recommend stopping in.
