My first place to call when looking for Appliance Parts & Service. They offer good advice and provide quick service.When a part was too difficult to replace we had them service the Appliance. I was impressed by the depth of expertise explaining how a failed refrigerator door switch could cause it to freeze-up.

I needed to change a LP gas stove to natural gas. I called Greg appliance and I spoke with Tianna wish she is so friendly, very professional taking my order. I buy and flip homes so I deal with all deferente vendors but well be using this vendor as long we both in business. I met Greg at the house he took care my problem with the stove this was a great experience they are really good.Thank you for a great services .

Had trouble with my washing machine, made a call, person came out the next day only to tell me that the washing machine was too old to repair. I inquired about what Foucault Appliance offered and I ordered a new Whirlpool Washing Machine. Price was very fair, they replaced and removed old machine in 3 days! I would highly recommend Foucault Appliance.

Weve used them twice, once for a dishwasher leak and one for a noisy dryer. While fixing the dishwasher the service guy noticed an electrical fault in the hookup that was a real fire danger and fixed it on the spot. Very impressive. The rest of the work has been very prompt and competent. Well continue to use them in the future.

Great service. They dont over charge and made changing out a washer from my rental property, a snap. Go here! Oh and they take credit cards. You would be amazed how many appliance companies in the Haverhill area do not.

I called them once to see if they had a part. Very rude woman on the phone. She acted as though I was inconveniencing her to place an order.When I came to pick up the part, she was very inconsiderate and blunt about their return policy.Their prices are not very competitive, and their store is an absolute dump.So, in short, bad pricing, bad customer service, dumpy store. I would have to surmise they wont be in business for much longer.
