Had a great experience and found my dream wedding dress! Sue and Julia were the best and helped me with all my needs. Not too many options left as they are closing their doors soon but I found at least 5 to try on and were all close runner ups to my top choice.

I was poking around yesterday with my mom and sister. The owner and associate were so helpful yet so laid back. They weren’t pushy or pressing me to write a good review (like mot places). The quality of gowns were great and the prices are so reasonable! Highly recommend.

Awful service. The owner couldn’t care less about customer service or satisfaction. They only care about your money. Beware because once you make a purchase and want to change something they won’t let you. When looking for a wedding dress this is the absolute last place you want to go. Give your business to a company that will really appreciate you. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was “fitted” for a bridesmaid dress from this shop and I sent them my measurements and they selected a dress that would fit me. When I got there and tried the dress on it was about 2 sizes too big and they told me that there was nothing they could do and my best option was to find a talented seamstress. I wish I could give them zero stars, there is no way I could ever wear this dress to the wedding I’m supposed to be in, in 2 months

I love this dress shop! My sisters and I have gotten most of our prom, bridesmaid and wedding dresses here. The owner, Sue, is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She offers the perfect amount of advice and attention. I’ve always felt very comfortable shopping here, unlike other stores where the saleswomen can be pushy and overbearing. When I bought my wedding dress, Sue politely recommended the size she thought would work best for me and it ended up fitting perfectly. All I had to do was have it hemmed. The in-house seamstress completed my alterations on time and flawlessly. If you haven’t already, you should definitely give this shop a try!

I have purchased four gowns at the Classic Couple over the past eleven years and have been delighted with the quality and selection each time. Their warm, helpful and honest service has consistently made shopping here a pleasure. They are truly the best.

Myself and my sisters have had Sue help us to find all of our dresses from prom to wedding over the years. I always tell anyone who asks where to get a special occasion dress about this shop. We have always been treated so well and could trust pricing and opionions/guidance. My wedding dress had an issue when it came in and it was caught before I even saw it and corrected before I had my first fitting. I highly recommend!

Sue was amazing!!! She had a ton of options set aside for me that were exactly what I was looking for. The prices were great, the dresses were beautiful & she made the whole experience truly amazing. Go see her !!!!

The worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a dress in August with the ladies telling me it would not be a problem to take in the bottom of the dress from a A line to a straight bottom. The dress came in a few weeks later than I was originally told. The seamstress they have working completely hacked my dress it was taken in wrong it does not fit correctly and she said she would be unable to alter anymore and provided me with sticky tape to hold the dress on. Its a few days bbefor the wedding I just got the dress back because it took 6 weeks to alter and I have to go out to try and find a dress off the rack to fit me. I spent $1100 on a dress that I now cannot wear. I cannot stress enough to not let this shop alter your dress.Updated- talked to the dress shop the owner was conveniently on vacation and never returned my calls. This shop could care less about customer service
