Great customer service! Went in to ask about getting an electric start for my Ford Focus and not only did they have exactly what I was looking for but they also had it installed in a little over an hour. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

Did a great job installing a new stereo and backup camera on my Ford Fusion. Professional and courteous staff who have a passion for what they do. Reasonable prices as well.

I do not recommend this place for aftermarket installations. Disclaimer he said on the phone that he doesnt normally work on aftermarket stuff (I bought at Crutchfields high end Kickers) but gave me a price estimate that was very good and wanted to do it so I brought it in. A week after the initial work install the front right speaker was rattling. I went to another place to finish since I was charged an extra $100 for labor that didnt make sense to me (so much for the low price quote). After they finished the job they handed me a black putty substance and said the rattling speaker was being held in place with this and ONE screw (there should be four). I think this young man (the son in the father son duo) is engaging and if you want to just come in and have him install his stuff (good quality) then youll probably be fine. I liked him a lot but I lost a lot of money and time here, and cannot recommend this is you have aftermarket equipment.

I met Joe and John a month ag when I needed help fixing a failed attempt to install stereo. They fixed my damage and the install was great. They just installed new Viper 2 way remote starter they did extra work adding pins so the doors would lock, install was great all is good,I would not hesitate to recommend security sound they are pros and everyone there is customer friendly.

The wounderful owner Gina helped me get my new phone she was quick and very kind this is the best metro I have ever been fast service it has all you need for ur phone accessories many different phones too she will help you from start to finish if u need anything Gina is there to help I highly recommend coming here it will be worth it

These people are awesome! For Christmas 3 years ago I bought a nice 2 way starter for my elderly mother’s car. They did a great job installing it. But....about 8 months after purchase, it wouldn’t work. My mother brought it back to them- they replaced the battery in the remote at no charge. It worked. Within a year it happened again- they replaced the battery again at no charge to her. It kept happening every 8 months or so- they kept replacing the battery and not charging her. Well, a few weeks ago same thing happened. They must have remembered her and they decided to just give her a new remote. The new one works perfectly. The starter said in the box that it had a range of over 1/4 a mile. When she used her old remote, she had to be within 100 feet for it to work. With the new remote she can start her car from the middle of the mall- like it’s supposed to. I wanted to thank these people for doing this for her. They very well could’ve just told her she’d have to buy it since it was long out of warranty. Thanks guys! Great job!
