Rene was great! Stone came earlier than expected. They installed right away, and even respected my house by protecting the floor and cleaning up. Overall it was a very great experience and we love our counters. Highly recommend New Era.

I went with New Era based on the google reviews and I wasnt disappointed. I met with Rene, he walked me through the process and I had counter tops within a week! The quality of the fabrication and installation is what earned New Era five stars.

So happy with my new counter. I came in with a quote from Home Depot, Rene was able to work with me finding me a much better quality stone and still meet the same price. He was extremely responsive and went out of his way to install my counter working around my busy schedule. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

New Era Stone Design just left my house in amazing condition After installing Quartzite 8’ x 3’ and a 9’ x 26” as well as a couple of vanity counter! Not only do the counters look stunning, but the workmanship is outstanding! Rene, Jose and Pablo made an excellent team with Rene being an amazing leader. They were very thorough on the installation. Extremely patient, meticulous in detail, respected my home. My husband and I are so pleased with the service they provided! An absolute breath of fresh air to have that type of service.

Let me start by saying that I had no idea where to begin with having new countertops installed. I googled 3 local companies on a Sunday night and Rene from New Era Stone Designs responded within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for measurements that week. I am still waiting on the other 2 companies to even respond.Rene was on time and extremely professional. He took the time to discuss the pros and cons with granite and quartz. Rene is very knowledgeable and not a salesman. He is also the owner and does the fabrication and install himself. I dealt with him 100% of the time. Any time I had a question he would respond almost immediately.He then set me up with the granite supplier to view samples on the following weekend. Once we chose the slabs, he did the template and the install was scheduled the following week.The countertops were installed today in just a couple of hours. They look amazing and we are so pleased with how they came out. The work space was always kept clean and he removed and took that old countertops and sink for disposal.We couldn’t be more satisfied with the process from start to finish. I will be using them again and 100% recommending them to other people.Thanks again Rene!

The experience with Rene was so great from the time we reached out for a quote to the job being done. He helped us schedule an appointment to pick out counter tops. He had a quote to us the same day we picked out stone and it was a Saturday. He answered all of my questions with so much kindness and patience. He talked me through each step. Once the counter tops were put in, I realized I wanted the 4 inch back splash. He was so great about adding that on after the fact. Everything was vacuumed and wiped down when the job was finished. New Era Stone Designs recently installed the Granite countertops in our Kitchen. It is an older home with a lot of challenges but they did a great job! Everything looks great and they were very easy to work with. Pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Rene just finished installing granite countertops in our kitchen. The countertops are beautiful and installation went very smoothly. Rene even modified his truck so that one of the countertops could be transported as a single piece They really do go the extra mile - that includes delivering and installing during tropical storm Elsa.

René and his nephew did an excellent job with our new granite countertops and sink! He worked within our budget and had the countertops installed within a week of the templating. We had this project completed during the COVID-19 pandemic - he and his nephew were quite courteous and wore masks and maintained distance and hygiene while working in our home. 10/10 would recommend!
