I walked into the store and said hello can someone help me. There were two men at the counter. I was waiting for them to finish what they were doing. A man walked in and they immediately helped him. I asked the other gentleman if I could get some help. He looked up and said maybe, extremely sarcastic.I have some difficulty communicating because of my disability. He was obviously frustrated with me. He told me he didn’t have the other thing that I needed and sent me somewhere else. He acted like I was stupid that I couldn’t follow his directions to this place. Again I have difficulty’s following verbal directions well.I felt extremely insecure upset and needed to write this. For whatever reason it was that he treated me this way it was very wrong.I was very grateful for the customer that did come in as because he was the one that help me he was kind and knowledgeable and he help me figure out what it is I need it. I am a spiritual healer I have no idea about hardware. I hope this bad review changes the way others are treated.Patti Anastasia

Super helpful and friendly folks at the counter. Decent pricing on the items I was looking for. They carry various brands and lots of the usual stuff needed for your electrical projects. For items not in stock they were glad to order them and will call once they come in. Consider stopping in to see what you are missing.

The Haverill branch and Yves went above and beyond for us on a Saturday. I called their emergency line and they opened up and got the parts I needed so I could get my customer back up and running, great service.

Went to Haverhill store. Looking for fan to replace old one on combo light in bathroom. Got the run around for a week. Went back to check on part. Counter guy tried to sell me new unit for a 8 by 8 fan. Showed him diagram week before and showed him again that it was a 9 by 7 fanlight combo. Not a great way to run a business.incompetance at its best.found part in Salem NH. It took one minute to find my part on line thanks Sue.

Very professional and courteous

Since it’s no longer Beacon, the service stinks. When you call a supply house why does it go to voicemail? If it’s a SUPPLY house, shouldn’t you have supplies available? My favorite line is “ We have that in Brockton, we can get it tomorrow”.

Used to be Beacon electric, place seems the same overall, always seem to have what Im looking for even when most other places are sold out.

Called to ask what time they close. Smart ass on the phone says same time we have closed the last 50 years. Idiot! I will take my business else where. No time for stupidity.

Very knowledgeable and helpful obtaining stock for jobs

Going down hill since Northeast bought Beacon elec. Cant get hardly anything off the shelf same day. Their favorite line now is we can get that for you tomorrow. I need it now not tomorrow thanks anyway!!!
