I had an online order arrive in non-working condition. A simple e-mail to the company was returned promptly, asking for additional information. Once I provided the information, a new item was sent immediately. You cant ask for an easier experience. Customer service is rare nowadays, but this was a pleasant experience. If the new item arrives in working condition, I will be placing more orders in the future, simply because I know they will work with me.

Bar none the WORST customer service Ive had the displeasure of dealing with.I have been waiting MONTHS for an album to be delivered to someone. They never got it. So I filed for a return to sender to figure it out. Another several weeks. Finally, I contact them asking why it was taking so long. No response for weeks before they admit it was just not coming back.Now, MONTHS LATER, they tell me its in the queue. What queue?At no point was there any attempt to make amends. No apology until I pointed out that it had been weeks since I filed a return to sender that they finally acknowledged me. And then another few weeks before they said it was being returned. And FINALLY they said its in the queue. Several months and 3 emails to tell me Hold on. No apology. Not even a lousy coupon Id delete. Nothing.These people are incompetent and stole my money for all I care.
Had a little mix up with my order and they fixed it right away. You dont see that kind of service these days. Great customer service, would definitely order from them again.
Hit some snafus early on, between an inventory error and a hidden defect on a product recieved, but after quickly coming to a concise solution with the compassionate and informative folks at customer service, my worries are no more. I will feel incredibly confident shopping with Down Right again knowing that, if there are any issues to resolve, their people will be on top of it!

I got at them about a mishap. i expected nothing because they did everything they were supposed to do, but wanted to let them know the post office wasnt holding up their end. they made a fair offer to replace my purchase but it turned out to be unnecessary. the fact that they even offered a replacement is way beyond what i expected. great company! 10/10 will see them again!

I plan to never do business with this company after my previous experience. I ordered merch from this company early August of this year. After 6 business days, I hadnt received an email regarding shipment of my order (for the record, their website stated that the email would be sent within 3 business days). I then decided to reach out and contact the business. I was told to leave my name and contact information, and was promised a callback. A day later, after not receiving a callback, I contacted the seller once more to try and get some information as to why my order had been delayed. I was told that the shirt that I ordered still hadnt arrived and would be in the following Monday. I was also told that my order would be one of the first orders that was processed for the upcoming week. I understood that, and I was perfectly fine with waiting a few more days. So Monday came and went, then a few more days passed, and by the end of that week (on Friday), I still hadnt received the email. I grew weary of waiting, so I decided that I no longer wanted the merch. As a result, I sent an email requesting a full refund. My email was sent a short time before their scheduled closing. After sending the email for reimbursement, I almost immediately received a response email which stated that my order was finally being processed and shipped. I filed a dispute with my credit card company since I no longer wanted the items that were purchased. Long story short, since they decided to ship the items, my credit company decided that it was useless to grant me a credit for the funds. I honestly did not mind waiting for the merch, but I waited patiently for a full 3 weeks, and I definitely feel like I was given the run around about my order. I literally filed a dispute and requested a full refund. And instead of honoring my request, they still decided to process and ship the order.

I placed an order for Christmas, it was a pre-order but ordered it in the beginning of December and now almost a month later still no merchandise. I have tried to contact the company, after 3-4 times, received 1 response stating there was a delay and they had finally received my merchandise and looked to ship the next day according to the email. It has been a week since said email and still nothing, no update, no shipping information NOTHING! I have since tried to reach out 3 more times and still nothing. This was intended to be a Christmas gift for my daughter now I am hoping to have it by her birthday in July. What a disappointment this company is. Please look elsewhere to do your business.....this place is awful! No response, no updates, no merchandise..expensive shipping charges for merchandise you cannot get...RIDICULOUS!!

The Hoodie they sell is the cheapest Ive ever seen the sizes are way off the silk screen Im sure will wear off probably after the third wash and their customer service is worse than their products if thats possible
