Terrible service and lack of communication within the company. One of the portable pottys I ordered arrived broken. I’ve called them over 10 times to get it fixed but it still hasn’t happened. They put in requests but never come out.

Ridiculously over priced.

I had the worst exerience renting the Porta Lisa trailer that had nothing to do with the actual equipment (which was actually in great condition). The event was on Saturday and the trailer was supposed to arrive on the Friday before according to the signed quote.Talking to the salesperson contact, I was told to call the day before the delivary to get an eta. There was no answer and I left a massage asking to get a call back when they hear my message.The next day, day of delivery, I received no callback an was unable to get an answer at Christinas extension. I called the main number where I was told they will call me back with eta. No callback again, I had to call the main number where I was told they will show up between 5p to 7p. NOTHING showed up.By 7p on Friday there was no answer anywhere, I had 60 people coming to an event the next day without any solution for a restroom. Having to wait for the delivery all day, my plans and final arrangements for the event were severely disrupted.The next day, I had to call them again (nobody called back of course) and the trailer arrived less than 3 hours prior to the event start.Same story with pick-up after the event. Was told they will come but no one showed up. I am writing this review on a Tuesday with the trailer still blocking my driveway and no known eta for pickup.Throughout the entire interaction with the United rental reps, there was no attempt on their behalf to sincerily apologize, offer a solution, or compensation (I paid a 250$ charge just for delivary, setup, removal).I will recommend the trailer as an excellent product but you might want to try and find it at a different rental company.
