Best oil company out there! Veteran owned and continues to serve the community and beyond in many ways. They Sent trucks with fuel to hurricane stricken areas in the south which in turn allowed the rescuers to continue saving lives, also supplied much needed fuel for fire vehicles and hospitals. They did all they could without the worry of what it would cost them personally! They just wanted to help aid in recovery and rebuilding process in the only way they knew how... Broco is a family run business where employees and customers are also considered family! If your lucky enough to meet Bob Brown or His wife Angela Angela taibbi Brown I know youll instantly see how dedicated they are to helping and making the world a better place!

We love the service, employees are always so nice and accommodating and they even came out for an emergency cleaning with little notice. The only issue I have is the website. Anytime I try to order it tells me the site cannot be reached once I click the order fuel button. It has happened 8 times today alone. Other than that I LOVE this company.

Great service and very honest and fair

Ive been a Broco Oil customer for 5+ years. Theyre very easy to work with and their online portal is simple. They always deliver oil to my house in Melrose within a day or two of submitting my online order.

After having a horrible experience with my oil company today I called Broco. They came to my rescue and gave such great service. So thankful.

Myself and my family have been using them for years. Now theyre saying that they didnt know that my sisters OUTSIDE tank needed an additive to keep from freezing. Well, when her husband had called them originally they suggested it, and he said ABSOLUTELY! Of course we want the additive, I mean, they need it honestly- so Its not really an option. So. They are now paying for their error big time during one of the coldest winters. Im beside myself, I recommended this company to my family. And from what Im hearing theyve done this to many homes in North Reading at least. Though Im sure its all over. Disgusted, angry, mortified. And now it puts them in a tough financial position right after the holidays. Thanks Broco. Im glad my loyalty to your company has served me and my family well....**I edited this post because I originally made it sound like it happened to me directly- but it was a family member. The content is still the same, the experience still the same. But I received many texts by the owner and he told me he will contact his lawyer tomorrow (1/8/18) and I will be receiving a cease and desist letter. This post isnt illegal and this is why people are allowed to make reviews about experiences with companies. I just hope that they dont bully everyone like this when they get a negative review. Wondering if its why all other reviews are five stars.
