Im not familiar with Haverhill at all. Went here because it was convenient and the ratings were ok. Let me tell you....take the chance and GO! Just got a pizza and corn chowder and theyre both delicious! Ill be back every 2 weeks when I have my meetings in the area. Fast service too! Thanks Brothers Pizza!
Google Maps says they close at 10:00. We arrived at 8:45 and they were already closed. The employees hanging around outside said it closes at 9:00. But again, it’s 8:45. So, sadly I have no idea if the food is good or not. Hopefully I’ll get to try it someday.
This is my 3rd time ordering here and every time has been horrible i figured give it a few chances a just keeps getting worse. Definitely must be new ownership but it just keeps getting worse. Used to be great about a year or two ago.
What a wonderful family that owns Brothers. Their Greek soup is simple and delicious along with a piece of warm pita bread. Perfect for rainy days and the days when youre not feeling 100%.
Foods decent but owner seems like he needs an attitude adjustment. I walk in to pick up my food and he’s staring me down no hi hello or anything. I was wearing my mask (and wear it everywhere I am asked to for that matter) unlike the comment below suggests. Definitely not coming back here. Steve’s is better anyway.

Use to love Pizza and subs for here. Dont know if it changed hands but it is the worse pizza I have ever had. Pizza was cold and very dry. They almost closed before I picked up, website says it closes at 10pm showed up at 9pm and they were getting ready to walk out the door, eve though we already paid for it. they never called to see if we were coming
The owner of the restaurant is a temperamental man &defrauding customersI also saw him trying to steal one of delivery driver, poor guy gave him the receipt to get cash the owner told him wait one min after that when the driver ask him the money he says i gave it to you while he did not poor driver went out without getting his moneyhe didnt pay him and I saw him with my eyes while I was sitting at the first tableI do not recommend this restaurant to anyone
Calzone was delicious! How it was cut & made easy to share was a bonus.
Just an all around gross experience. They say its curbside pickup but no one answers or comes out. I went in to get my food and can see the cook in the back with his mask pulled down, not only that he kept wiping his sweat with a towel and no gloves and didnt wash his hands. But when he boxes up food and came to the front he pulled his mask up. Whats the point?? So we just reheated what we could but the food was gross anyways.
Their soups are good how ever the last few times the Corn chowder hasnt had any potatoes in it. It has been mostly broth the last couple of time.
Thought I would try this place but they have no online menu to view. the website is crazy just a delivery page. So forced to go to another local place. Sorry guys. suggest fixing your website

The food is nice and hot when you get it. Everything Ive tried so far is delicious. There might be a little wait time but I think its worth it.
Their chicken pizza was recommended by a friend, and boy was I glad I tried it. The cheese was high quality; the toppings and sauce were great. Their fried chicken was done to perfection, crispy outside and juicy on the inside. Overall a very clean place and the owner is very attentive and welcoming. Will definitely come again!!!
Great food, always great! However, I am leaving a one star for the girl on the phone/counter. She is pretty dang rude and has an attitude over the phone, even when my order is extremely simple. Ive seen other reviews about her and Id say... maybe talk to her about that?

Came here to have a quick bite before going on a long trip on the road. The food is great and plentiful. One of the employees brought us some fried chicken to try that they just added to their menu. Man it was some good fried chicken. Definitely having that next time i order from here.
So far, the few things Ive tried here have been excellent. The staff is friendly and polite. And finally a place that makes a cheesesteak pizza WITHOUT red sauce! My only gripe is that they arent open on Mondays.
I was looking for a place to satisfy my cravings and then found this place Brother’s Pizza and Fried Chicken! Their Fried chicken is exceptional, the taste soothing through the bone, fresh, juicy and a Must try! Customer service is excellent, management and staffs are fast and efficient! I highly recommend this place!

My mom is having a hard recovery from surgery and our family has been by her side. We have been getting our meals here. The fried chicken is amazing. There soups delish! And so fresh. They ask everyday how mom is and send her rice pudding. Wonderful family so kind.
Came in one day after I discovered this amazing place very close to closing expecting to be hurried along and was greeted by whom I believe the owner is, I didn’t catch his name. He was super friendly and easy to talk to. I went in for rice pudding, delicious rice pudding I might add and he sold me on the fried chicken and he was right it is THE BEST IN TOWN, hands down!!!!

Just moved to the area, and Brothers Pizza seems to have some of the best pizza around. Its become my go-to place for pick-up/delivery. Fried chicken (boneless and bone-in) items are also really well prepared. The staff is always friendly and the location is conveniently off of I-495. Highly recommended to anyone looking for some good food fast.
The pizza is good stuff as are the naked wings in buffalo sauce + the fried pickles! They are always very accommodating when I ask for extra blue cheese sauce and sauce for the pickles. The owners, the family are kind and always smiling. 👌👍🎊
Fantastic Greek lemon soup and new on menu...fried chicken. Tender, light and crispy the way my southern husband likes it. Yum. Great service too. Love this place.

Brothers has been my familys go to place for pizza since it opened. Tonight I tried the fried chicken - excellent flavor and cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back for more (I love good fried chicken...).
I just had the pleasure of sampling their Fried Chicken. I was honestly blown away. It was flavored perfectly. Just the right amount of batter and crunch, and the best part it was nice and juicy. The best Fried Chicken I have ever had. Move over Pop Eyes and KFC!!!!

The counter girl is very rude always has a attitude.I had a delivery the other day and the girls was very polite and her husband was very nice brought the food inside for us. They even had paper plates and napkins for us in their car. Thank you Light Speed Delivery

Ordered for the first time tonight husband went and got a 4 piece fried chicken with ff. Got home we live less than 4mins if that from there on primrose and he got what looked like canned corn in a container and barely warm!!! Husband took it back told him the chicken wasn’t hot and we didn’t order corn they said they would fix it they gave him the same chicken and made the ff so now the chicken is colder and unsafe to eat called the owner and explained and he said he put the chicken in a warmer while making the ff instead of giving us fresh chicken... then he tells us to come back a 3rd time and at this point for a first time customer it should of been corrected the second time!!! Hint to the owner fix a customer mistake the first time and you would maybe have a satisfied customer leaving a decent review!! I am in the restaurant business and understand mistakes happen but it should not happen twice in same visit and now has cost a customer from coming back including telling family and friends about my experience!!!

Not for nothing but I like to enjoy my food without hair being in it. The counter girl is very unprofessional I was standing upfront waiting to order while she was out back chatting it up . There was a guy in a black Honda smoking weed in front of your store, I’ll go ahead and assume he was a driver since he had a ton of bags. Place is very gross and unprofessional

Ate here recently for the first time in a long time and was very pleased. Got the fried chicken, a cheese pizza, and a Caesar salad and everything was fresh and delicious. Went back again tonight for the fried chicken and couldn’t be more happy.

I don’t know them personally, but they seem to be very nice people. I just stopped going because something is always wrong, and it’s very inconsistent. I have seen this page twice and there is always bad comments, and either a lame apology, or an argument.. How do u argue with a customer when he had a bad experience? Probably why one of their locations is going belly up and they were supposed to be opened up the end of last month but they are probably done.... same problems... incosistent food, rude drivers... etc. LACK OF TRAINING AND NO SENSE IF URGENCY. It just goes to show just because u have money doesn’t mean you can run a restaurant, unless Running it into the ground is what your going for ......
My goodness! The chicken is great, not greasy and fresh. My husband and I travel from Amesbury for the pizza all the time now we have another reason to come down CHICKEN, yum Metz!
Good pizza (Hawaiian, bacon, and pepperoni have all been good), pleasant staff, adequate delivery time/quality. We will order again, just hope pizza will be a bit warmer upon arrival and gluten free options definitely need to be implemented.

Just ordered food for delivery and the girl at the counter is deff very rude. Tried hanging up twice before taking my payment and then took payment I asked how much and she hung up. Won’t be ordering again soon no matter how good the food is. Horrible service.
The reviews Ive read brought me to brothers pizza & fried chicken.. They bragged about the fried chicken, it was horrible! The skin was soggy and it taste like garlic.. I was really disappointed.

It was my first time ordering from this place and after waiting an hour and 15 minutes my food arrived ice cold...I had to reheat my lg pizza and my fry.
Ive been ordering from here for the last 3 years, as I work in the area, and within the last few months it has seem to have been less attentive to customer orders as well as justifying restaurant mistakes. Tonight, made an order, it was delivered to my place of work and the order was not correct even after echo verification when the order was placed, when we contacted the establishment they simply responded with Well were closed.... As I understand the hours of operation, it is poor customer service to give a response as that with no solution to their mistake. In previous years Ive never had any sort of issue, but the last few months it doesnt seem to be the same nor care of regular customers.

Way to pricey paid 73.14 for two large pizzas and 30 piece wings..... it was suppose to be crispy and I got soggy wet wings .....pizza had way to much cheese and it was hard to chew... very disappointed I felt rushed on the phone while placing my order and even called back because I couldn’t believe the price .... and my wings was only sauce on top you could tell they were not toss well will not order from them again

I ordered a pizza and chicken tenders a couple days ago. The food tasted fine, not amazing but it was fine. My issue is that when the delivery person arrived, they just had me sign the receipt and left. Didnt say anything else really. I opened the pizza box and found the pizza in the shape you see in the photo. I filled out their online contact form and never received a response or explanation as to why my pizza was in this state.So while the food was fine in my opinion, this was a bad sign customer service wise. I know things happen and if I was given a simple explanation than I probably wouldnt of even said anything.
