Some one tried to break into my storage unit which is an outside unit. I reported it to office and she said she would look on camera but never called me back 😒.

We registered for our unit today. The manager was extremely pleasant and helpful. He thoroughly went through all the details we needed to know and walked us to view our unit. He went above and beyond in offering move in suggestions and tips for mover delivery to the facility, as well. Highly recommend this storage location and staff.

Its in an old brick building with easy excess, professional management and have lights go on only when u enter the building which is good electric wise, but to many reminders when a day late, just way to much!!

Great customer service! I had been to several storage places over the past few weeks, none were able to help me. When I showed up to look at a unit, Joe was amazing, brought a tape measure and helped measure. When I was unsure if the unit I had reserved would work he quickly helped me switch to a different unit.The building itself has charm but it is a bit dark, in need of repair and I wish is was temperature controlled. But for now, the unit will serve my needs.

Easy accessible and had all the info I needed before I even put my items in my unit . The staff was kind and friendly . And my unit was the perfect size needed !

Dust from the elevator construction covered my belongings as well as mouse droppings all over. I had to have everything cleaned and sanitized. Hallways and carts were covered in dust. Definitely would not recommend. I wouldnt give one star but you have to to post.

I have had a great experience storing my property at cubesmart. Tracey assisted me with my account when I had a problem. Tracey was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She came right out when I asked her to assist me with the door to the unit when it was stuck. Overall nice and helpful staff and a clean facility.

I met with Tracey this morning at CubeSmart. She was very knowledgeable and no-nonsense, which I really liked. The storage facility is a bit of a maze, but once you figure it out its not too bad. They have locks and packing supplies on hand to buy, which makes moving and storing easy. If for any reason you need to change units, there seems to be a fairly simple process and only a small fee to do it (for example, if you needed something bigger, you would pay the difference). I like that there is a box truck available to make the moving process even easier. Its available for 4 hours at a time, with a $10 fee and $100 cash deposit (which is returned to you once the truck is returned undamaged). Overall a very pleasant experience compared with other storage facilities Ive used in the past. I feel like my items will be safe and secure here, and thats whats important.

Wow, such a great experience. Like car salesmen some storage companies can be way too pushy or leave you with that feeling like did I just get shafted.Not here thanks to Jesse. She is always pleasant, professional and with a positive smile. Whats also great . Is she is very knowledgeable and confident in what she tells you. So you walk away feeling that what she told you is exactly the truth and how it will be. My roommate and I chose this location because they had the best prices in the area. The facility is in an old mill building that has been converted to storage which is really cool. The online reservation system was easy to use and when we arrived the unit was all ready for us. The unit was on on on elf the top floors but the loading dock and elevator on the first floor are easy to access and close to each other. The facility also has big rolling carts you can use to transport your items through the hallways to your unit. Overall the experience so far has been great.

Im so busy with my business i forget about other stuff and the staff called and reminded me before late fees incurred and also helped with another unit...amazing people

Very nice staff. Especially the Spanish girl thats always there(sorry forgot your name) shes very nice and polite. There is a lot of activities going on. Looks like people selling their things out of their storage bins but other than that very good place.

Have had storage at this facility for the past 6 months; started off with 2 units then down sized to one. Office staff has always been pleasant including the manager; facilities are kept clean and safe. Highly recommend for long or short term storage.

This was the best Staff and so accommodating to your needs. Always pleasant. Any issue right on it. Use the Truck no problem I would use this service anytime.They are very responsive when there is a problem.

First time renting a storage. I walked in and the rep was very friendly. Jessie took the time to explain the process in detail, answered all of my question and made feel at ease.

The price was the best compared to all the other storage facilities around and the check in process was easy. However there was not a large selection of units in the size I needed on the first floor. The elevator in the front is a freight elevator and is broken and being serviced at least 3x a week forcing everyone to use the back entrance and other elevator that might not be convienient to your units location. Inside the unit there are two large beams that take up quite a bit of space so in reality my unit is not 10x10 but I am still paying the price for it which I am sour about. In all, its a cheap facility and I wish I went and checked it out before paying.

I have had a unit at CubeSmart in Haverhill for over 4 years now and i have to say anytime i have spoken to the staff they have always been helpfull the place is always clean and i checked around for similar sized units at other inside storage places and the price is still very good. If I could give these people zero stars I would. asked specifically for them not to call me today after checking prices with them repeatedly and had a note put on my reservation not to call me and to contact me by email only to have a representative from this location call me in no less than three hours. They dont care if I was in class if I was in a medical appointment or in court and they wont care about you either. Save yourself the time and effort and go with a different storage company. oh and by the way they advertise prices a lot lower than they actually are- they say you get your first month half off and then tag a half a month administrative fees on to it and make you pay for an additional $12 a month in insurance.

If I can rate this place a negative stars I would!! My property has been destroyed!! My unit was tampered with and some else’s belonging where thrown into my unit destroying over half of the property I had in the unit. It took me 4.5hrs to remove my things from the unit and move it another unit with the hopes that belongings will no longer be tampered with. My emotional distress is beyond emotions can describe.

We searched the surrounding local area for storage and found there to be several.From a price perspective, CubeStorage offered the best value. Additionally, s a Veteran, I was able to receive a further discount.Fortunately, we did choose CubeSmart Storage for several reasons:Spacious cube with several sizes availableEasy access to our storage cube with loading docks, freight elevators and access for a significant part of the day and nightInterior lightingDollies to move our storage goodsAnd - equally important, staff. We particularly found Deborah (spelling?) great to work with - she is very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Jessie, the General Manager for Cubesmart in Haverhill was very accommodating in helping with my termination of the storage, there was lack of communication on my end and she was very understanding. She went above and beyond to ensure the ending of the rental agreement went as smooth as possible. I honestly wouldn’t give this facility more than 2 stars but I’d give Jessie more than 5 stars if it were an option as she was the saving grace for this facility. When I initially signed up in May of 2016 my “monthly rent” was $129.00 a month including the insurance. The price was raised twice in my two years renting from cubesmart each time by $10, resulting in my ending rent being $153.00 I understood that was a possibility going forward I just expected it to reflect their online pricing which was cheaper than what I was currently paying. I’m not entirely sure who helped me out when I signed up but I recall her being polite and helpful. The employee even warned me that the freight elevator was constantly out of order which I wasn’t too concerned about since the day I brought in all my furniture it was running perfectly and lucky for me (or so I thought) my storage was right in front of said elevator. The problem came every time there after. I was in and out of that storage roughly 10 times in those two years and the freight elevator would always be out of service, sometimes with an out of order sign posted on the door. My storage being so close to the freight elevator unfortunately meant it was was on the opposite end of the working elevator (which was not as large) so moving things out wasn’t as simple especially considering carts were far and few in between, most of the time I had to scavenge for one. That however is the customers fault although they should have something in place for that not to occur. The lights were flickering upon my last visit to the storage approximately a month ago which could be disastrous for someone suffering from epilepsy or seizures as it’s considered a trigger. I’m unsure if that has been fixed, and to be completely honest I failed to inform an employee. I’m hoping someone is walking the premises regularly and noticed the issue with the light bulb and that it was fixed in a timely manner.

In dire need of storage after a fire destroyed most everything I had, the people at CubeSmart made it one less problem by helping me get what I have left into a safe place for a fantastic price! They were so friendly and helpful, one less thing to stress over when you seem to be consumed by stress! Would recommend the Haverhill site to anyone in need of storage, they cant be beat!!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Been renting with cubeSmart for a couple of years now. ALWAYS PAID MY RENT ON TIME! My rent started out at $180. NOW its up too 291! (Even after a few years, no brake) My rent is ONLY 8.00 off of the online special today. CubeSmart is all about themselves!I get it but where is that custom service for current customers!!I had a few unfortunate family deaths all within months of each other! Last one was very unexpected, my sister at age 43!!Anyway I ran into a deep funk of depression and couldnt get out of my way. Saw Doc eventually whom helped me get back on track again with medications and therapy to make things alittle more bareable in my life.My storage unit had got neglected, and unpaid which went into auction status! I explained what had happened, offered to get them proof of death certificates too, I asked them if they could do anything for me since I HADNT BEEN LATE BEFORE. (Jesse said he could void the (2) 29.91 late fees.) The computer wouldnt let him do it. He called GM who said since its in auction status there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME!THEY THEN WANTED THE NEW MONTH TOO WHICH STARTED THAT DAY! HE TOLD ME ITS ALL OR NOTHING! HE WOULDNT EVEN LET THE NEW MONTH WAIT TILL NEXT WEEK. (Have 5 day grace period on current month but that didnt matter) I CANT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY WON SOME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD WHEN THEY HAD NO COMPATION FOR ME WHOM HAD 3 FAMILY DEATHS IN MONTHS AND ALWAYS PAID RENT ON A TIMLY MANNER. HOW VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO FIRST THEY SAY THEY CAN HELP ME THEN TAKE IT BACK CAUSE ITS IN AUCTION STATUS ??? GREAT COMPANY WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKING TO HELP THERE VALUED CUSTOMERS??? REALLY?? I THINK NOT!!

CubeSmart at Haverhill, MA is the perfect fit for my storage needs. The historic six floor building in the heart of town cant be missed with it red stripe around the roof. Two minutes away from 495 down 97, loading docks in the front and back of building allow you to unload quickly into carts or freight elevators. Debra, the general manager is skilled at solving your moving and storage issues. She understands the business and building and is always willing to help. I have storage in other CubeSmarts but prefer the Haverhill location because of recent renovation. There are a huge number of brand new lockers and a new elevator is being installed.

Since I rented a storage cube here in October 2016, either the passenger or one of the freight elevators has been broken. When they had to renovate the 6th floor they had movers transfer my things from one unit to another, and when I went to pick up my things last week, my $400 headboard was damaged, my $100 ottoman was scratched, and they broke an antique picture worth at least $100. The rest of my stuff was covered in dirt/dust from the construction above it. When I reported this to the manager Debra, she said she would get back to me about a refund. My refund was $114.00, and I was never contacted directly. Unacceptable. I would never use them again.
