I Purchased a brand new phone less than 24 hours ago, unknowingly it does not have a magnetic sensor and is not compatible with any compass which I need for work .I very nicely asked for an exchange minus activation charge and they refused claiming you can only return or exchange on a new activation!? Ive been a customer for 5 years and this is how I am rewarded ...now Im stuck with a phone that does not have features I need. The phone is brand new they could have easily exchanged it.... the owner is unreasonable and does not care about his customers or back the products he sells I would avoid this location and any other locations that Mr Ken owns.

Josh is very knowlegeable and he knows how to please his customers, I have only deal with him and I got a new lg stylus 4 and another phone for my wife. so far so good. He is awesome.
Really bad they even damaged my phone just to get money and the girl who attended me didnt want to take the responsability. Really baf service. They are always eating while touching the phones
Please when upgrading your phone, please think hard about your decision very difficult to exchange for the one you really wanted. Think twice act once Thanks
