We took our Ranger in, it was not running right. They took a month to get it worked on. It didnt run right when we got it back, took it in again. Went to pick it up, brought it home for the second time and it started smoking. The guy told my husband he was driving it crazy, that is why it isnt fixed. I was with him, he was not driving it crazy. We were just driving. He wont take it back.........such an awful experience. Super rude all visits.

I have to say that the customer service is top notch! I purchased a used 2013 Ranger 900XP from Bob, when I got it home naturally the first thing I did was take it for a ride. During my ride I noticed a drop in RPMs, the machine stalled, and I couldnt get it going again. I called Hiline the next morning and they told me to bring it in to get looked at. After a few days they called me to explain what was going on and assured me that it would be taken care of at no cost to me!!! This company is definitely one of the reasons that Polaris is still in business. Any other shop would have made me pay for repairs but these guys are excellent in the customer service department. I look forward to making another purchase from Hiline in the future.
