The Technicain diagnosed and fixed my phone in two minutes, It was a SIM card issue. I Recommend this location for great service and knowledgeable staff.

Would give zero stars if I could. My familys been a regular at this Verizon shop and they used to be friendly/had good customer service but not anymore.Theyre so full of themselves - maybe they got a lot of customers from all their tv commercials or something. They didnt even care that we didnt want to remain their customers.-They scammed us and charged $15 for screen protectors - which lasted literally less than a week before falling off the screen. Went back hoping theyd replace it - since we didnt drop our phones or anything, but they said no - didnt even offer a cheap alternative.-They also kept calling us and bugging us to return a phone because they claimed to have given us credit for it. So we went to return it and we asked them to show us how much they actually credited us - and they hadnt. They said the phone had no value because of the screen burnout and that we didnt really need to bring it back. They were so rude and arrogant about everything.Dont waste your time going here - their customer service is just so terrible. Not worth giving them business and youll just leave dissatisfied and furious.

I love monster wireless. First hes my cousin. Second he works hard and always gave me and my family free phones. Sometimes he charges me for the phones but thats okay. Four and a half stars.

Representatives are kind and helpful. Full of customers but no need to wait.
