I love my Starbucks! The employees are so nice and friendly. And they are the most patient and kind individuals, and so helpful as well.

I ordered oats and I didnt get my cranberries and nuts, oatmeal had creamer never did i ask for creamer. I dont have time to go back this is not cool. Please double or triple check your orders

Gave me an old sandwich it was sour and I wanted to exchange and all of them either expired yesterday or would expire tomorrow! I got my money back and they didn’t apologize for the bad food just told me “sorry it didn’t work out for you” also their bathrooms are messy and out of seat covers /: please fix this and the food problem! Especially the food ! Someone can get sick !

They are very slow and the girls at the register try to shortchange you and pocket the money make sure you count your change also my drink just tastes like water I ordered a white mocha made with heavy cream I will not be going back to this location

This place is just horrible! I asked for a pink drink light ice but there was no light ice! There were about 10 ice cubes and it took up half the space! And I ordered a cappuccino and it tasted like nothing! All there was was ice and water.

Going to have a couple of iced coffee which is always good on a hot day

Was charged for items I was using my stars. I had to contact customer service twice to get resolved. Did not get my money back just my stars. No compensation for my time. No call from the location either. Not even an apology for the mistake. Bad form!

The place is nice and clean. I enjoyed working in that environment. However, the place claims to close at 10:30 p.m., but they close their restrooms by 10pm. They turn off the lights by 10pm to kick people out. The staff should not be closing public restrooms earlier then their scheduled closing time. Overall, they sell beverages, so therefore, people go to the restroom often.

Fast and efficient. You can also order and pay online with the Starbucks app I did this at one of the locations and bypassed a small line.

This and one other place that always makes my favorite drink right, the macha grean tea. I dont know why, but evey other Starbucks Ive been to has a different taste. But this one always gets it right. Regardless of who makes it.

Its a good starbucks, better then the ones downtown Long Beach. Between 8am-1pm theres a long line of cars so plan around that youll be in line for at least 25 minutes.

Very cool spot to visit and have a different kind of Starbucks experience. The unique menu options are unique so its worth checking out for something you wont find anywhere else.

Getting better here in Hawaiian Gardens use to not be good just might be the non fresh beans daily. Or baristas trained not at all or lied to how to make a coffee drink of customers liking.

Horrible place. The staff helped someone who stole my account information use the exact amount by charging it until it worked multiple times. The manager then made fun of me when I inquired about the visit and made sarcastic remarks while holding off the phone conversations with other employees to be funny instead of trying to listen and help with my investigation .

The Hawaiian Gardens spot is the only one that get my husbands Matcha Green tea frappuccino style beverage just right.

I am personally a barista (Master Barista)& ive been to this location a handful of times and I’m never happy. I’ve watched how baristas make the drinks and it’s not the proper way. They do no use the proper measurements for any of the drink, all I’ve seen are free pours. That defects the purpose is using the shakers or the lines on the cups. I understand it’s busy but the quality of the drink should still remain a priority for the guest.

As of 16th, July, I ordered tru moble app. When I pick up my order. worker told me to stand in drive thru. at that time I did not bring car. weird! dangerous!. no sense at all!. no sign for mobile app order !!!

The actual store is great but they need to do something about their drive thru situation. The line extends so much that people start driving on the wrong side of the road to get past the line and almost causing accidents

We waited in line for about 5 minutes then got to the window started waiting for them to say something then we finally just drove to the window and there was no body inside when it said open

Its Starbucks and tastes like any other Starbucks but this is the second time in a month I didnt get what I ordered.

Ive been going to this location for a few weeks now and each time the cashiers have been very friendly and helpful. This has been one of my favorite locations because of how Ive been treated. I leave feeling happier than when I first entered.

I love the morning crew at this Starbucks! Shannon, Andy and Kat are simply the best. They know me and all the other regulars in the morning. Friendly, nice and the store itself is always clean! That can be a rarity even at Starbucks these days.

The guy at the window was friendly and helpful, attended us and got us out of there quickly as possible. No one wants to be stuck at a drive thru in the hot sun.

Product? Its Starbucks so theres that, but the service was faster than expected so cheers to you ; )

Love this store but very slow today

Clients picked the location, have to say it was nice and cool, very friendly staff. Clients ordered something, I was there to work but did not feel, neither was I made to feel like I wasnt welcomed. Smelled wonderful in there, but I had no time to enjoy a drink today.

This is the first starbucks that made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I will never come to this place! No smile, no welcome greeting, an order was processed incorrectly, and coffee was not ready until asked again, of course no apologies!

Dirty bathrooms as well as sink

This is my primary Starbucks for working remote due to the store size, many seats, and power outlets. The store does have a rundown look, but with the continuous stream of customers its perfectly understandable. This is the only Starbucks I frequent where the employees not only remember your name, but also your favorite drink.

Rude! Snapped at me because I asked about a mobile order. I wanted to make sure I was at the right location because I was from out of town but I didnt even feel comfortable. I just waited 15 more minutes in wonder. Why is it when people get busy, that means its ok to lose your customer service skills?

Tomika the barister who is also a trained chef makes the best frapacinos. Especially the Rocky road. We drive by over a dozen Starbucks just to enjoy her version of this delectable concentration. The very best barristers make Starbucks clones not the same.

The location and the internet are great but the staff is horrible. They all act as if they hate their jobs.

Venti White Mocha Frappachino with whipped cream, 6 pumps of white chocolate, an extra shot of espresso, and a cup-a-chino of whip on the side. Perfect.

Do NOT have decaf coffee. Barista made excuses, very rude. Had to settle for a weak, weak cup of Americano, wanted to charge me extra. Customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. Will NOT be coming here again!
