I have been to many CVSs in the South Bay Area. I try to avoid this one. Especially Nora--she has a huge attitude--doesnt care if youre ripped off by the way she processes the coupons. Whenever possible I go to the CVS on Katella in Los Alamitos. They treat you professionally and dont try to rip you off. They process the coupons in an orderly fashion. They dont try to get you to use a $10 Rewards for $2 in merchandising thereby losing $8 like the one on Carson .Go to the CVS on Katella in Los Alamitos.

When it comes to customer service, professionalism, and courtesy, HILDA IN PHARMACY enlighten my day. GREAT JOB CVS in having personnel like her who represents your business.

So the website seems pretty good when you look for an item, gives you direction to what store you can go and find what you need.but then reality happens I when to a store that it was supposed to have the product I wa looking for and they said no we do not have that item, so I call to this store and I asked if the same product was available the lady on the phone said no we don’t have it. So I said your website says you do. I said to her you should update website.. they don’t answer very disappointing.. misleading information makes no to trust them anymore..

Dont go to this cvs unless you want to spend 25 min plus in line. It could literally be one person in front if you. These people that shop there have no idea how to read the tags, so they hold up the line questioning the deals and most of the time theyre wrong, so you have to wait for a manager to go to the register to delete the item. And the new workers are no help, they work in slow motion. You literally need to have patience of steel not go off on these workers or the public that shop there .

Ive been going here for the last couple years and Ive never had a problem, staff in store and pharmacy has always been very nice.

Today I experienced an act of racism when I went to pick up my medication at this CVS pharmacy that I needed that my doctor specifically assigned me to get for my injured finger and they told me that I could not get the medicine because my ID was from El Salvador they said they only asept IDs from Mexico or from California.When the worked had told me that everyone just stared at the guy and gave him a look that what he said to me was not right. What he said made me feel like my health did not matter or like if i wasnt worth nothing because my ID was not from California or from Mexico. I was in shock when the worker said that to me.

Another disgruntled flat-chested disgruntled employee rude taking her flat chested anger out on the public. Avoid at all costs. (Blonde hair)

I am a regular costumer of cvs and every week I use my extrabucks with my coupons. I love cvs because I always get good deals and sometimes almost free stuff if you combine coupons and kiosk print out. With my long years of buying at cvs this is the first time that cashier did not accommodate my request to put my refund money to cvs gift card and instead insisted a refund back on my credit card which I left at home. The cashier knows me as a couponer so she made it hard for me to return the lotion that I that I plan to repurchase to get the deal buy 1 get 1 half off. If you are a couponer dont go to this cvs branch, they are not as accommodating and flexible as the other cvs stores that I go.
