This place has a great beer selection but it was way too pricey for what I bought. I bought 4 different single beers and it almost cost me $20. I get it but it was 2 simple IPAs and 2 basic ciders. Dont get me wrong, Ill payed anyway but Id rather try a different spot. Other than that its got a vast selection of high end alcohol, Kegs, and other stuff

I spoke with Alex, I have not had a more professional experience. All the employees know what they are talking about. Example what to mix with white. They also have a Lotta finally course here. I would order with them again. Definitely five star service. Unless you go to the Ritz Carlton definitely go here this is the go to place

AMAZING SERVICE! Delivered kegs precisely on time, happily carried the kegs up three flights of stairs (!), and then picked up precisely on time and even helped clean up party! I highly recommend King Keg. The best service of any other liquor company or caterer I’ve ever hired.

On the 28th I ordered $321 worth of stuff with $40 shipping as the only option. Said 2-3 dat shipping. I later got an email saying it can’t be sent till the 3rd because one thing was on back order. I could have paid shipping a second time to have it sent out separate. However after paying $40 I didn’t feel like I wanted to do that. They replied with attitude to my frustration. Told me it CLEARLY said one item was on back order... it was not clear. When you tap the item it has a thing pop up to add to cart. You ONLY see that notice if you bypass that add to cart button and click twice to go to another page. And that notice doesn’t show up at all through the rest of check out. I specifically ordered the pods so I would have them before August 8. Shipping finally is showing up on tracking after it was sent out on the 4th, not the 3rd and it will be here on the 11th now.I understand shipping with Covid is apparently off. Every package I’ve ordered from other companies has come significantly early even with the warning that it may be delayed.

I ordered an item from them online that I had great difficulty finding anywhere else. They are a little pricey but they had the item I wanted and I was able to have it delivered. The delivery was prompt and pleasant. I definitely wont hesitate using them again.

This is a fantastic find. Small store packed with a ton of great product. They can set your office up with a full keg system for beer and cold brew coffee. They have Caveman Coffee Co cans and Kegs!

Friendly staff, nice selection, decent prices. They even carry my favorite beer in a Keg, Shiner Bock, $219 including the needed accessories.

I ordered 2 kegs for a private event and the customer service was great. King Keg delivered the kegs and the extra ice and cups I ordered on time, even a bit early, which was great. I did not have to do a thing, the delivery guys handled it all and were very friendly. If you need a keg or two for your event I totally recommend King Keg and I will be using them again.

Love these guys! Stopped by the store to order a keg and their customer service is unparalleled. I spoke their sales rep Alex who directed me to their new website, which shows what kegs are available. He also explained everything I needed to know, since I know nothing about beer or kegs. Their website makes the whole process quick and easy. Frankie came to deliver/install the keg and explained how it works, what to do, etc. Also, their selection of beers and wine in store is insane, especially for that size of a store. Wont be ordering from Bevmo anymore! 10/10 would recommend.

Always has a good selection of sixtel kegs and kombucha kegs. New website shows keg stock and what they can order. Best to call ahead if you want to buy a keg to ensure the right employees are there to pull it from the cooler and sell it to you.

Ill start with the positive; they have a solid selection of craft beer. The problem if you like IPAs is the beer needs to be fresh.BEWARE: these guys sell stale beer. Look for a date on beer before buying. I paid top dollar for a Mikkeller Waves IPA 6-pack that was 8 months old and they had 3 more left they were peddling. Not cool and they should know better.

Honestly, I never write reviews unless I know theyll be helpful for other people. I felt this business needed a recent update.We rented a keg from King Keg a year ago, and everything was fine (except for the inflated prices/no one came to pick up the keg until we called them and let them know it was still there). We decided to rent from them again, but this time we learned a valuable lesson.To start off, I was told when I ordered the keg that the day we requested for was busy for them, and they asked if they could drop it off earlier than the time I desired. I said thats fine, but to make sure to call me when they were on the way or arriving so I could be there. Not only did I never receive a call, they set it up by the permission of someone who had no affiliation to the event whatsoever, then gave him the beer to test. We arrived just as they were leaving, and we (the people who paid for it) never got to test it out with the install tech there. While everything seemed alright starting out, we quickly started wondering why the beer was coming out foam-heavy after only a few drinks. We opened up the cooler (part of the king-package) jockey box to find that the metal tubing inside was leaking beer inside the cooler. Now we had a 5-gallon cooler filled with wasted/dirty beer on top of bad CO2 ratios. The beer even started turning a darker color the more it was poured out, By this time, we figured it was much too late to get a technician to come fix it, especially since the delivery guy was in a rush to leave and emphasized the fact that they were very busy. Their hours of operation were never communicated to us, and the hours listed were inconsistent from source to source. So we sucked it up, and decided we’d bring it up to them when we got a chance the next day. The day following the rental quickly became extremely hectic with unexpected work and issues, so we didn’t get a chance to call them.Today, I called and brought up these issues to the Manager, Tariq. Before I could even finish explaining what had happened, he literally exploded at me—Bringing up a barrage of unrelated facts and opinions in a form reminiscent of a child throwing a tantrum. I couldn’t even say anything because he kept interrupting me, scolding me for not bringing it up sooner. Keep in mind, that at this point, I hadn’t even mentioned that we would like a partial refund. I was very surprised that an owner of a business would treat a customer (that recently paid them almost $400) the way he did.In the end, he sent a technician over there to find that there was indeed a broken line in the system. He agreed to refund the price of just the cooler to us, totaling about $40, but would not consider refunding us anything for all the wasted and undrinkable beer.Overall, I’m left with a very bad taste in my mouth after working with them. Definitely shop around and weigh out your options before renting keg services from them; because if you have any issues, you should expect to get yelled at.

My relationship with King Keg began when I learned that they were the main distributor of kombucha-on-tap kegs in LA. I was planning my wedding and I wanted to supply kombucha to my guests, so I reached out and spoke with the owner Tariq on the phone. He was very confident he could help & guaranteed that they could handle all of my needs. I didnt think I needed anything beyond kombucha, but I made the easy trip to Hawthorne to meet Tariq and discuss more.I had planned to simply make a quick visit and sign some contracts, but what I received was above and beyond my imagination. I ended up hanging with Tariq for nearly 3 hours, talking all about our wedding logistics (many of which I had overlooked but he made sure I should be aware of), sampling all the different kombuchas that they carried, and just discussing life in general. He offered me chai from his Tandoori restaurant next door, as well as a small meal to-go. By the time this very enjoyable visit was over, Id not only decided to use King Keg for the Kombucha but also for the kegs of beer to supply our wedding party. I felt that all the prices were incredibly fair for the service they were offering.As our wedding date approached, I learned that our venue was notoriously tricky to deal with when it came to delivery & pickup times and they only gave King Keg short windows with which to drop off kegerators and pick them up. This was over 4th of July weekend, where there were numerous events, far larger than my own, that Tariq was servicing. Nonetheless, he went out of his way to ensure that all the beverages were set up and broken down on time, everything remaining at optimal temperature throughout the day.Our event was spectacular and the team that provided delivery and pickup couldnt have been more prompt and professional. They even brought me an additional tap so that I could keep the leftover kegs of kombucha as there was plenty that our guests didnt drink. I returned the empty keg a few weeks later with no issues or complaints whatsoever.In all my discussions with Tariq, I learned that he and his team take great pride in ensuring that their service goes off without a hitch. He is incredibly busy as his phone rings at least once a minute with incoming texts or calls, but he works long hours and slaves over the success of his operation. Sure there were times where it took a little while for him to get back to me, but I could always trust that he was working hard behind-the-scenes.And this review is not only about Tariq, but his entire team who works incredibly efficiently to handle tons of events across all of LA every day. Whether its Beer, wine, kombucha, coffee, or even Indian food, they will handle your needs with a personal touch. I couldnt possibly recommend them more.

2 thumbs up for King Keg! We ordered kegs of 2 flavors of Kombucha for an event nearby in Torrance and were very pleased with the options and service (which included delivery, set up and pick up!) They had a few different brands of Kombucha available and many flavors of each. We even got to sample a few when we went to the store (seated comfortably in the accompanying restaurant next door!) Both the owner, Tariq, and his assistant, Sophie, were very helpful over the phone as well as in person. They explained things a few different times for me to understand how kegs work and what the serving options were. Tariq offered us a nice upgrade from a jockey box to a kegerator which looked great at the event! (see pictures below) The delivery was very much appreciated and since we were close by, one of the keg techs come by to adjust the pressure when there was too much foam coming out.Long story short, we will definitely seek out King Keg next time we need a tall order of Kombucha, cold brew coffee or, of course, beer! (They looked like a very well stocked liquor store as well.)Again, 2 thumbs up!

Beer kegs are to expensive here, is more cheaper to go to bevmo, this place charge 100 dollars for keg deposit. I bought a 7.5 pacífico beer that cost me 150 dollars plus the 100 of deposit, while in bevmo is at 89 dollars for the beer 7.5 pacífico and 40 on keg deposit. Is really ridiculous, do not buy kegs from this guy he is totally a ripoff.

Hi I had ordered a keg from them and the beer was full of foem I had to go buy alcohol out of my own pocket against Tryed to speak to the manager about it that same day and he would not pick up, the next day I tried to speak to the manager again and he was very rude he even hanged up on me bad experience, I decided to go to the store and speak to to the owner and take the keg keep in mind the keg was full when I took it, well the owner was not there his employee was there he was nice enough to take it and apologize for the managers behavior he told me the owner would be there tomorrow ( being Monday ) i went on Monday and the owner came off very rude and saying that everything was working fine and that the bartender I hired did not know what he was doing and that he cant refund me my money or give me credit, I asked for a copy of a document I had to sign before taking the keg and he refused to give it to me and he kicked me out at this point I had no choice but to call the police so that they can come and get him to give me a copy of the document I signed they could not . .. Overall I do not recommend this place to get your kegs from ppl customer service was poor and rude af never again Iam going to to file a civil law suit ..

Have had trouble with orders several times. No one ever calls back. Often when I call a second time they are out of the beer or CO2 that I need and didn’t tell me the first time I called. Pops customer service here.
