Comfortable place for a casual dinner in central Moscow. The staff is super friendly and service is quick. Food wise, big menu for everyone’s taste, and portions are big, but execution could be better - my shrimps in a bruschetta were a bit tough and Pavlova a bit bland. However, nice experience overall, would come back
Its a pleasant upstairs restaurant. The atmosphere is good, and there is a trendy open plan kitchen. However, the service is consistently awful. Front of house manager is in the wrong job.They get away with it because of location and having a super-desirable upper floor terrace. This has led to a complacency bordering on arrogance in looking after the cashflow that walks through the door.
Pretty place on the rooftop. Good atmosphere. This restaurant just need too provide better beer and food are just ok. Its good but thats all. Its too expensive for the quality. By the way we spent good time.

What I didnt like very well - the price of wine - 800 rubles for a glass of Gruner - well, somehow its a bit too much. Now here you can try a warm salad with artichokes and bottarga caviar, cake with oxtails and oyster mushrooms, various khachapuri and many other dishes (especially meat ones), the names of which sound terribly appetizing. As for the bar card, its variety and splendor is quite consistent with the image of Chips. The brutality of this establishment is complemented by bull heads hanging on the walls like trophies. Leather sofas and expensive furniture underline the glamorous status of the restaurant with the simple name Chips. Incendiary dances are held on the third floor of the bar. Very nice restaurant on the hottest street in Moscow. It can be easily reached by entering the alley between the Bolshoi Theater and the Department Store. It is a place for a memorable meal in Moscow. After dinner time on the weekend, it was decided to change to a bar, so there was a time to eat. It is divided into 1st and 2nd floors, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was impressive enough to be remembered among the restaurants in Moscow.

Good place from Novikov group. From the veranda view of the Central Department Store. The food is delicious. The kitchen is varied. The portions are large. A restaurant in the city center! Such shabby, greasy seats are usually thrown out after renovation in the trash can from unkempt apartments. It is unpleasant to even sit on them. On the tables there are the same napkins, it seems that they are not being washed, but simply shaken off from the crumbs. This is the biggest disadvantage. The waiters do not know much about the menu, they constantly run to ask if this dish is available. The food is good salads, overdried kebabs. We wont go here a second time.

I went to this institution alone after a walk. I ordered a glass of French wine and a basketlet with shrimps, paid 1400 rubles for this pleasure. I did not eat more in the evening. The dishes from European cuisine themselves are decent, the prices are slightly overpriced. But khachapuri for example, was worse than the average for Moscow.
