August 2015 - I originally purchased my spin bike many years ago from the Vencie location. Decided to email on a Sunday that I wanted to have my bike serviced and appraised so that I could resell it. I got a response back the next morning saying I could bring it in any day that week to have the service done. Since I was traveling from a far distance, I told them I would bring it in on a specific day. He recommended a great restaurant near by to eat at while I waited for the bike to be done. Everything was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased. All in all awesome service!!! I never had a problem with my bike. I would highly recommend Studio Cycle for great spin bikes and awesome customer service!!! ***The only thing I would say is verify the address before you go there. The service was done at a different location near the address above***

We purchased our Schwinn carbon blue bike from Studiocycles today and could not be more pleased and happy with the level of service weve received. Mark and Jay both came through to provide excellent customer service and showed they are experts in their field. They answered any questions or concerns we had as we were undecided between the Peloton and Schwinn spinning bikes. After much research online and speaking with Jay at Studiocycles, we decided to go with the Schwinn model. The bike feels amazing and you definitely feel the difference in quality as we have tried other models at the gym. Thank you again to Jay and Mark. You guys are awesome!!!

Still waiting for my bike ordered November 29,17 Last time I called I was told it was a busy Christmas. Well!! is was supposed to be a gift for me from my husband.

I ordered my bike a month ago, I havent received anything from them. I start to realize that they either very irresponsible or fake company!
