THIS REVIEW IS NOT A HOAX.This is a tier-1 shop. These guys do quality work. They will take care you.However, they dont have a lot of time for small talk on the phone. So, if their phone etiquette is not touchy-feely it is because:1.They spend the majority of their time working on guns.2. I called to inquire about cerakoting with a good manner and greetings and transfered to to their main guy for inquiry about cerakoting. Was so disappointed with the manner how he speak with customers.. all reviews from the site are all hoax..
