Ive been waiting for two hours now at the counter for someone to give me a bike thats already been paid. Worst rental service so far.

These guys are great! They love motorcycles and will do anything they can to help you have a good experience.I recently joined the EagleRider club and enjoined my first ride on my birthday. Unfortunately I got lost on my way back to return my bike trying to take the scenic route. I thought I was going to get screwed for returning after closing and without filling the tank, but the guys at EagleRider were cool about it and said theyd just charge me the cost to fill it up.Thanks guys. I had a great birthday ride and a great experience dealing with EagleRider. Im looking forward to many more rides.

Two stars solely for their reservation process. Whatever bike you reserve online or thru the app, youre more than likely not going to get. Its the most unorganized, inefficient reservation system of any rental company ever. The only way to get the exact bike you want is to pay the extra $65 to guarantee it. Which is a complete slap in the face especially to Eaglerider Club members. Even if you call ahead to ask what they have they will tell you we cant help you unless you pay the $65 guarantee fee. On the bright side, for the bikes, whatever you do get is always running top notch. Theres plenty of room for you to leave a car overnight. The store is very clean. If not for their horrifying reservation, that could EASILY be fixed, I could easily give 4-5 stars, but until then, I wont.

I went to bartels Harley and a customer told me to visitEagleRider Motorcycle Sales, 11860 S. La Cienega Boulevard, Hawthorne, CAI went right away and eagle riders has better pricing and very professional staff. They made me feel at home. Great service.

I received great service from Russ Springstead at Eaglerider LAX, he was very helpful, patient and not pushy, got answers to all my questions, and he made sure the bike I was buying was delivered in the best possible condition, and even threw in some extras. The bike is a Road King, and it looked new at a great price and had 41K miles on it. In fact all the used bikes looked young, and i would highly recommend them if you want to save a lot of money on a Harley and ride a fresh bike.

Pretty good and nice people but if i pay an arm and a leg i expect everything to be perfect, not broken or missing sidecases.

They advertised a Harley with X amount of miles for a X amount of dollars at a very nice payment, the bike actually had over 12,000 more miles than advertised!, The actual sticker price was $500.00 more than the adds price, not to mention the payment almost tripled... I SMH and walked away

U cant find any motorcycle rentals cheaper than this.I researched a lot, if you are enthusiastic about motorcycles than Eagle Riders is the place for you..
