WOW!While many of todays businesses disregard customer service, Tobler Marina Service Department stands strong and tall in going above and beyond in both their service, and follow-through!We purchased a boat from Tobler, and had many add-on accessory items that required installation. Tobler Service Department not only did a thoroughly professional installation job of them all, they did so ahead of the promised scheduled delivery date.When the time came for the 20 hour break-in service on our new Honda outboard engines on the boat, Randy Johnson not only scheduled the boat in quickly, it was even finished and delivered back to us a day early so that we could fish the Pend Oreille all weekend.We damaged one of the sets of Idaho boat ID numbers our very first trip out on the boat, then had the numbers on the other side ruined by a boat trying to dock next to us in heavy wind and high waves. Enter Rock Star Service Manager Randy Johnson! While our boat was having our engines serviced after their break-in period, the service crew at Tobler Marine removed the damaged numbers and replaced them with a new set that were perfectly, and professionally spaced on the bow.Lastly, when I was having some issues while fishing out on the Pend Oreille that were a function of my not understanding the equipment operational protocols, and not anything to do with a fault of the installed equipment on the boat, Randy Johnson took the time that day, a Saturday to talk me through the issues I was having, not once, but twice that day! That is service, above and beyond!Bottom line? I run my own business, and only hope that I can give this level of commitment and professional service to my customers! Tobler Marina Service Department absolutely sets the bar for professional superlative service.

Everyone at Toblers is very professional and knowledgeable about all their products and boats. Jerrett was very helpful and instrumental in getting us this beautiful boat fast and without issues so that we could be surfing this spring in March! Very important since our son, Pro Wake Surfer Chad Carlson needs to get as much time on the water as possible. Living in the Northwest requires surfing in the cold water and air temps but having a boat with all the heaters and auto-adjustments really makes it a lot easier being on the water from spring to fall. Ensure you do not come here with your wife. Unless she is a excavator of a gold digger. This is the place to bring her. Unless maybe shes after your cash.. and wants you to die.. then dont bring her. Anyways. Probably just come alone and splurge a little. You only get one shot at life, and if you wear a life jacket you can always buy another boat.You can wake bard behind a boat. But you cant hook a rope to your wife and have her drag you around. Thats weird.

After many years of browsing, I went to the 2021 February boat show (which was only at the dealers). Through test driving friends boats, I was greatly impressed with tritoons. I was recommended by one friend to talk with Tim Klippert at Tobler’s. The genuine help and professional advice helped me to thin out the plethora of decisions: size of outboard motor, length of shaft needed for the kicker, extended platform vs standard, etc. What was amazing was that Tim would consult with the fishing expert salesman Chad, etc to help me resolve my questions. These guys totally worked together complementing one another’s expertise. I was pleased with having my questions answered. The following day, after comparison shopping, I finally got a beautiful boat.Finally, the boat came and I it was serviced. Randy was great scheduling and explaining the need for 20 hour service for the new motors. The boat was then dropped into Priest Lake. Tim spent many hours going over the panther steering system for the kicker, motor break-in, safety, batteries, docking, lights, trailering etc. This indeed was white glove service! Thank you.

I recently purchased a boat at Tobler that ended up having some quality issues. The team at Tobler assured me they would take care of it. This included working with the manufacturer to get it all resolved. However, after a few weeks had passed, and a few more issues had come up with the boat, my wife and I decided that we had lost trust in this particular product and manufacturer. So, we went back to our salesperson, Evan. We told him we weren’t satisfied with things and told him we needed to start over. He immediately went to work. He spoke with the owner and quality control team. All Along the way, he kept us informed and assured us we would find a boat we could be excited about. He then set aside a whole day to spend time on the lake with me trying out three new brands and explaining the pros and cons of each. We settled on the boat that re-ignited our excitement for owning a new boat. However, I had concerns that the original boat we purchased would cause issues in the new purchase. That was far from truth! The owner took the original boat back at an extremely fair trade-in value, and lowered the new boat price so much so that it almost seemed too good to be true!! They more than made good on their promise to find us a boat we could be excited about. It’s now been several weeks and I cannot say enough how excited we are about this new boat! It’s amazing! Quality through and through! In the end, what impressed me most is how much Tobler Marina made sure we were satisfied. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We are now loyal raving fans of Tobler and team. I will always choose them for boats and related products going forward with 100% confidence. And I encourage you to do the same!

Went to Tobler Marina with intent of purchasing a wake board they had listed online. While waiting for a sales rep I was told i had to put a mask on. I told the lady i will not be putting on a mask and if they were going to try and make me do so that I would take my business elsewhere (which I did). Heres the kicker. While im waiting for the sales rep there are multiple (atleast 3) employees wandering around the sales floor and even more in the back offices not wearing masks. When I mentioned this to lady she fumbled her words and had no explanation. They did not care whether or not I had a medical condition. I will be purchasing from another local dealer. What a shame.

Got my boat serviced at another reputable dealer where he told me that this happens all the time with customers who don’t buy their boat with Tobler (bad service) and said they really don’t even care even though everyone knows it. Oh and they worked on my boat for 1/3 less than what I was quoted from you guys.

Just called to get my boat winterized and the service rep lacked any semblance of customer service. He abruptly declared that theyre so backed up that theyre not taking on any new customers. That was it. No recommendations. No discussion about my time frame. It was perfectly clear that the guy wasnt interested in basic customer service. Thank you for you showing me your true colors. Ill take my business and any future boat purchases elsewhere.

Upholstery shop is fantastic. Saved me money by recommending a patch to my upholstery instead of upselling me to brand new canvas.

Very poor telephone service. Made several attempts to reach a human (service department) and nobody picked up. Call would ring and ring, then be put on hold, then several transfers back to the operator (which they dont have either), finally gave up in total frustration. Youd hope someone would finally answer. This is ridiculous. Its dirt cheap to hire someone during the busy season to be dedicated to the phone, many of us come long distances and need to speak to someone BEFORE we drive down.

We went to the boat show to buy a new Duckworth, Tobler Marina salesmen were too busy joking with each other to show us a boat, then foolishly we traveled to Hayden to Toblers showroom, again had to track down the salesman who acted as tho he was wasting his time & sent us out to a boat shed to look at a beat up Duck completely over priced. We are now proud owners of a new Weldcraft that was thousands of $$$ less! We went to Marks Marine...they gave us the service we were looking for & a great deal!

Purchased a new Robalo boat from them. Had a few hick ups, always expected with boats. But they went out of their way to make things correct. That is whats most important.

After visits with Bennington dealers in a neighboring state, I found Tobler Marina in Hayden to have the better inventory, the best pricing, a staff (including the president) and service department that were both professional and friendly. His personal service went over the top referencing customer service. I cant thank him enough and his staff for performing needed repairs on my aging mini Kota. This was the first time, but Im sure it will not be the last time, I use Ed personally as my preferred vendor and contact.

Purchased a used deck boat on 10-27-17 and drove over from Montana to pick it up. The boat was exactly like they told me it would be as far as condition....it also went through there used boat process which is a thorough going through of everything mechanically, hull and interior including the trailer. Drove home with no worries on new tires, working lights, greased wheel bearings..... ect..... very satisfied. Service is way above and beyond the norm and they are easy to work with.
