These folks know their stuff! Gave us great advice on cars, financing, depreciation... the whole bit. Also noticed on their cars that they payed attention the small stuff, made repairs; trim, gaskets, buttons, etc...as necessary in order to provide a great product for their clients. We have only the highest praise for the excellent customer service we received from High Caliber Auto Sales. During the COVID-19 crisis, we did not want to go out in search of a new car or spend time in a dealership doing paperwork. When we found the car we wanted to purchase online, the owner of High Caliber, himself, brought the car to our home (30 minutes away), cleaned the car with Clorox wipes another time before we got in and waited in our front yard while we did the test drive. Afterward, he went back to Coeur d’Alene to complete the paperwork then drove all the way back to deliver the car to us in person later in the day! Amazing service... great prices ... fabulous follow up and Rob makes you feel like you’ve been a family friend for years! We will go to High Caliber every time we are looking to purchase a car and will be sure to recommend them to friends and family when they are! We could not have asked for better service!
