We loved the service we received from Lake Forest Interior Design. You can go to the big box stores, but you will not get the selection or the help that you will need. My husband and I after a long journey of looking here and there for kitchen back splash tile decided to go back to Lake Forest Interior Design (we had made a previous purchase there.) We were on the right track and close but, just hadnt arrived at a design that would satisfy both of us. We are picky!!! When at Lake Front Design we met with Erin one of their designers. She was professional, gave us great insights, was a good listener and guided us brilliantly. We placed our order. The order arrived with two broken pieces. Most importantly she discovered this - not us after the tile arrived home. She then immediately went in to action and made an immediate replacement -by calling around to different suppliers - who all knew well. We can not say enough about our experience with Lake Forest Interior Design. Her expertise was not charged for. They are lucky to have such a wonderful designer. Erin saved the day and the marriage. Ha! Ha!

I went in to purchase carpet for an area rug. I had a sample with the brand name and color. The sales rep (she had short blond hair) keep directing us to the wrong carpet. My husband found what we needed and again she keep directing us else were. We finally got it across this is what we wanted and ask for an estimated cost. We gave her the size and she comes back and says its $44.00 a yard and binding is $4.00. I ask so whats the estimate? She total us we could figure it out. We walked out and will NEVER go back.
