Ask for Colby at this location. He provided phenomenal customer service today in matching the exterior paint we needed and helped save us some money as well. It’s not often you find above and beyond customer service anymore, and he was a breath of fresh air!

Rick has no clue what he is doing and extremely lazy. Cant find formulas wont bother to ask for help. Its like he enjoys saying he cant mix it. Please find a new employee. Will go to other locations strictly because of Ricks incompetence. . Other than that I prefer to use Sherwin Williams product its one of the best you can use for I interior and exterior.

I used to go to this store on a every day basis. The people in the Hayden store are very helpful and kind. I am a professional business owner/ painting company. I signed a contract with another paint supplier that offers me higher quality paint at a lower price. The quality of paint at this store is good but the prices are crazy. If you need experience help with products this store is very good. But you will pay for it

My first visit to this store, but Im sure Ill be back. I had some specialty needs (an exterior stain low in VOCs) and the representative helping me find what I needed was friendly, professional and knowledgeable on his product lines.I was very pleased with the professional guidance, and prices werent overly expensive (that said, I was just in need of a pint...but it wasnt overpriced).Lots of products and colors to select from, great service...so Ill offer a very positive review and a solid recommendation for this store.

Great paint. There is a depth of quality and life to SW paint. I have used many other brands over the years, and they dont apply as easily and they lose their life after awhile. I highly recommend this paint. Use a coupon for a better deal!

Kolby needs a pay raise. Such a delight. I went to a different store and did not get near the customer service. He spent about 1 1/2 hrs trying to match stain from an old can in between customers as he was on shift alone at the time. The people are friendly and very helpful

Some of the store attendants were rude and very un-helpful. The lady offered vague one word answers to my question as to whether our 11 gal purchase of your most expensive deck pain was in because no one had called us in almost a week to inform us if our order was in. We were told that we would be contacted in one to two days however no one called us even after 7 days. We will have to be looking elsewhere for our next projects as we are looking for not only superior products but also superior service and aside from one man the CDA store is sorely lacking in the service department.

Abysmal service. I had a gallon of paint pre-ordered, which neither Rick nor Jared knew anything about (or could find) when I went in to pick it up. They didnt seem to care either - no eye contact, only shrugs and you must have called CDA. But after my husband called the store, they sure found their eye contact, gracious apologies and my paint, which was right there with my name on it. ALL of your customers deserve the same amount of respect, not just the men.
