We were traveling to Colorado from Pennsylvania and the check engine light came on in my husbands truck. Scott in the service dept took us right in and checked the truck and we were able to continue our trip! Thank you so much!

Terrible Service department. No communication, was never informed on what the repair would be for my vehicle, never called me with an estimate before the repair. Not to mention when I walked in to drop off my vehicle I was not greeted by the Service Advisor yet he stared at me and asked what I needed. Then at the end of the day when it came time to pay my bill the Service Manager Scott as his shirt said told me if I wasnโt satisfied then I can go somewhere else. Sounds like great advice to me. I will go somewhere else from now on.

What great service. I should have written this review months ago. My wife and I had been in Quinter celebrating Christmas with our family the weekend of December 17 and 18, 2016. On our way back to Wichita our 2008 CTS Cadillac service light came on so we limped into Hays. Pulled into James Motor Company, as luck would have it there was an employee moving snow and cars around in the lot on Sunday. This gentleman took our car and parked it in their service garage. Fortunately Quinter is only about 50 miles away so my Mom and Dad drove to Hays, allowed us to drive one of their pickups home to Wichita. James had our car fixed the next day. My Dad has been driving Fords for the last several years now, longer than I care to admit being a GMC and GM person. My Dad is now considering buying a GMC after seeing the outstanding service James Motor extended to us. I cant say enough about the service we received from James Motor and I apologize for not writing this before now.Thank you very muchDarrin Wildeman
