I was traveling yesterday from Denver to Sherman, TX with my two kids. My Camaro was having system issues and died on the highway. I was able to get it to this dealership. As a mom stranded 7 hours away from home with my kids, I was beside myself. I had already been at a dealership the day before in Denver fixing what I thought was wrong, only to have the issues continue. Ryan in the service department found the problem with my vehicle and had us back on the road within two hours! Considering I came in without an appointment, they were considerate to my situation and started working on my vehicle right away. Ryan knew exactly what to do and I was astounded by how quickly he fixed it. The customer service at this dealership was beyond amazing! The team there is fantastic and I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much! Ryan needs a raise!! :)

The service department does a great job. Recently had a window that wouldnt go up and dropped it off. They worked it in right away and got a part ordered so we could get the car back the next day. Thanks for the great customer service.

I cant say enough good things about Steve and Bailey. I had an issue while traveling from Kansas City to Denver. I had to have my car towed into Hays Chevrolet right at closing time. They were beyond helpful trying to get me into a rental until my insurance claim could get started. Not only were they concerned about my situation, they were polite, professional, and went above and beyond to help me in crisis. The level of friendly service I have received from Hays Chevrolet has been unbelievable. This would never happen in Kansas City. My car is there getting body and engine work completed and I have 100% faith in Hays Chevrolet working on my import car. They have really set the bar high for competitors. Steve and Bailey both deserve Employee of the Month. I could tell this level of customer service is the standard at Hays Chevrolet!

I have been taking my vehicles here for service for years. I live in GC Kansas and the dealership there does not have the same quality of service and customer appreciation. At Hays chevrolet they tell me straight forward whats wrong and have always done good work on my vehicles. The price can be higher then other shops, but you dont go to a dealership for bargains you go for the service. This place is a step above.

Hadnt been at Chevy in Hays for 15 yrs since my last bad experience with their shop. After buying a late model Chevy pickup, I decided Id give him a chance for routine service while its under warranty. Theyve blown it again by stripping out fuel filter housing changing filter on diesel and didnt have the part to fix it. NEVER GOING BACK

Very dissatisfied with experience. Selling price was agreed upon by both parties and we planned to move forward with financing. Then they called back and increased selling price. We told them not to run our credit because we werent going to move forward if the price was increased. They ran our credit anyways. Spoke with Manager Greg, who made multiple excuses and was extremely rude. We took our business to Don Hattan in Park City instead (amazing dealership to deal with.)

Traveling from Colorado to Texas when we lost our air conditioning. Stopped unannounced at Hays Chevrolet and asked if they could look at it. Travis got us in immediately and found that our a/c compressor was leaking. He got his best mechanic on it right away and within 2 hours (while we ate breakfast) they replaced our compressor and fixed a recall that was on our vehicle. To top it off everything was covered under warranty. Fast, courteous, and professional service, couldn’t thank them enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Whiling traveling home from Missouri, my GMC truck began having DEF trouble. My max speed was 55 mph and I decided to pull into Hays to see if it could get it fixed. I pulled into Hays Chevrolet unannounced and met with Travis. He said he would work me in sometime during the day. It was within the hour and the problem was diagnosed. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty but they also found another problem with the pump which was going to be $500. Ryan Werth, the mechanic, went to work and had it completed within another 1 1/2 hrs. When I went to pay Tarvis informed me that they were covering the pump as well and all they needed was my signature. I was back on the road within 3 hours! I found that Travis and Ryan are incredibly honest and helpful people. The Hays Community is so lucky to have such an establishment in their community. If it werent 5 hours from my home, this would be my car dealership. Thanks guys!

Customer service is a complete rip off!! Had a problem with a touch screen on a vehicle that I bought from them, told me it was going to be a $928 to repair it, so I went and got a second opinion from another mechanic shop and and had it repaired for $150. Hays Chevrolet is a complete joke!!!!

Bought last 2 vehicles there. Great price and services. Get free car wash as long as you own vehicle. Cost as much as $13 at local car washes. Saved hundreds of dollars over the past years!

My father wrote a review on yelp, but after a bad car buying dealership at a different dealership I could help but singing praises for the amazing, kind people I met at Hays Chevrolet. I was in a terrible spot hundreds of miles from home and my destination with all my stuff for college. I had not job, and my parents income was complicated. It took them for a while, but they gave us an amazing deal that I could afford and a car that would last me for a long time. I have had no problems and I will be forever grateful for their kindness. I was returning home from visiting family in western Colorado when the engine light came on on my GMC Terrain. I made it to Hays but it was after 6:00 pm so I spent the night. I was at Hays Chevrolet when the service department opened at 7:30 am. I told Travis the problem I was having and he said that they would take care of it for me. They pulled my Terrain into the shop about 7:40 am. The Hays technicians were able to diagnose the problem. Travis told me what the issue was and that they had the part in stock. I told them to fix it because I needed to get home to SW Missouri. They had it fixed and I was ready to hit the road at 9:15 am. Not only did they make the repairs quickly and reasonably, they also rinsed the road grime off my vehicle and cleaned the windshield.I cant say enough good things about Travis and the staff at Hays Chevrolet. They turned a bad situation into a good experience. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

We were traveling thru and had trouble with our GMC stopped at two places and they were to busy to help us. We called Hays and they said sure bring it over. They said if they were traveling they would appreciate someone helping them. They even welcomed our dogs. Since it was 104 outside we really appreciated that kindness! LIARS ! Lied to me numerous times ! Paid 300 to do paperwork and specifically told him that I did not live at my mailing address and gave him the correct address and he got it wrong ! I had to pay city sales tax when I live in the country ! Then they were supposed to send me the extra key promised me many times but again lies ! It is easy to get friends and people to write fake reviews and with this scam artist bunch that must be what’s happening !

Went for my first time at this dealership last month got a oilchange and paid 40 for new wiper blades used my wipers today one broke off and flew down the road while i was driving took a closer look i dont think they replaced the blades called up saturday nobody answered but sales said well fix it monday told em it would be too late gotta leave state monday morning ill just go somewhere else and leave a neg review sais something like well threaten all you want youre just complaining to get free things. Deffinitely wont be going back. Not interested in anything to make up for it keep em.

Driving west on I-70 just shy of Hays when the engine light came on. Pulled into the dealership and immediately greeted by service tech. He double-checked the gas cap, then had a mechanic Cory do a quick diagnostic check. The problem was a minor one, thwy expkained what we should do soon, but ok to continue west. They wouldnt charge us anything, stating their philosophy is that if they were traveling, they would want to be treated the same way. Excellent! A feat credit to the dealership.

Rude. Disrespectful. Careless. They a little miscommunication or normal human error and lost my car. Was supposed to be delivered to me, but instead was delivered to the college with doors unlocked and all. Wouldnt take my car there again if it was the only place in town.
