They got ink for them scanners and printers that are hard to finding for they got all sorts of ink cartridges.

Great place to pick up everything you need. Family owner still works and helps.

Its been quite a while since I have stepped foot into Tri-Central Office Supply Inc. I have had terrible luck with my employment search over the last couple months. This morning, I got a call within 24 hours of applying from a retail merchandising company. The company itself is from out of state, so I had to print forms from my email at the local library and fax to the assigned number. The library charges $2/page to fax. Yikes! And the Dillons stores charge $1/page. Eh. The library also told me that Tri-Central does faxing, but werent quite sure the cost. Being just a block away, I stepped into their business to see what they charged. And to much my surprise, a sign said 0.50/page! Yay for my college student budget! I had 9 pages to fax. The lady that helped me my first trip to the store was very nice, and went to fax my pages right away. Like all technology, when you actually need it, it doesnt work very fast lol. I paid the much smaller fee and left with a confirmation page. I got a call from the company, informing me that they only received 2 out of 9 pages. So back I went, I was on a mission! The next lady that assisted me I assume was one of the head people. She was very nice, talkative and professional. Talking to her while my fax was retried, it was such a pleasant experience I actually forgot what I was there for! My fax was successful, and I didnt have to repay! Later, I received yet another call from the company I was sending my employment info to. They had forgotten to send me a W-4 form. Back the library to print, and to Tri-Central to fax hopefully my last form. The same lady greeted me with a big smile and more conversation. And even better? I didnt have to pay for this fax either! Third times a charm!Long story short, I have had a terrible taste in my mouth about most businesses lately, thanks to the exposure of many businesses on my employment search. I have had my last straw of terrible customer service, and people who do not want to take an extra step to help, smile or anything, even when it is their job to do so.I will be going to Tri-Central again sometime in the future! The atmosphere was beyond enjoyable to be in. You can tell the employees enjoy working there, and they outdid my expectations walking in. For faxing and office supply needs, they will be more than happy to help you out, plus some! Thank you so much for making my day a little brighter Tri-Central! :)
