Our Company has been using Cisco Air System to service our two compressors for years now. Scheduling for repairs or preventive maintenance is very easy. The tech is very knowledgeable and very helpful with my questions. I highly recommended Cisco Air System.

The service sub par, the technicians were nice but they didnt know what to do. Tried calling for service and noone picks up the phone, had to email just to get a response. And they kept pushing us back day after day. They then told me they think its the switch gone bad, though we just replaced it, but okay can you get a new one and replace it? They didnt know if that was the correct issue and had to call their main office and then just left. We get a bill for $800 for what? nothing but speculation and a note saying they dont want to service the champion compressor. They then said they will withhold the trip charge which was nice but still left us with a $400 bill. We called another guy he came out within an hour and fixed it a wire was not put on correctly. Not happy with the service as there wasnt any. I would give a 1 star but the lady emailing was nice and helpful. Will never use them again.

I work in food industries and been in maintenance department for a long time. we rely on our compressors for reliability and efficiency of our equipments functionality. Weve used Cisco air systems for a very long time for purchasing new compressors, services and maintenance, after hour support. Theyve delivered to our highest expectations. Their customer service, field service techs, sales team, and their service manager Taylor has been outstanding. I can depend on them knowing my equipment will not be down due to air supply.

Have been using them for over 5 years and they have been great have called them in the middle of the night 2am, holidays weekends and have always received great support from there service department the Techs are very well factory trained and have had great support and interaction between the techs and the staff the parts department has also been great and sold me parts directly as i needed

Don’t ever use this place if you can help it. The crooks in upper management don’t care about you or the employees. Simple google search of the names in upper management should tell you all you need to know ...

We have used other air compressor companies CIsco is by far the best they have great sales reps ang great technicians and great inside support as well
