Horrible customer service not at the counter, but management. Bad decision making.
I ordered three rolls of turf for my backyard. I was charged for four rolls and all were delivered without my signature or review. The turf was installed and looks good, but I have an additional roll that has been sitting in my backyard for almost a month. Since February 3, 2020, I have tried repeatedly to have the company pick up the extra roll of turf and refund my credit card but have had no luck. Each time I contact them Im told it will be picked up on Monday. Now Im told there will be a restocking fee associated with this elusive pick-up. I just contacted the company and advised the receptionist that I will begin legal recourse if this roll isnt picked up. The response was okay.. The turf looks nice and I cant complain about that, but the shadiness of overcharging or placing an extra roll to my order then saying- for four weeks- theyll pick it up on Monday- to now a restocking fee should give a person pause before doing business with this company. I am initiating legal recourse at this time for recompensation of the roll I did not order.
“Pet Turf” product that’s specifically marketed for pets melted when exposed to cat spray. Urine is ok, but the product won’t hold up to a neighbor’s tomcat marking its territory. Must hate my dog.
Like any other distributor, nothing out of the ordinary.
