Found this place on Google took the risk and turned out to be my go to bike mechanic shop. The staff here is awesome if you need parts they can pull up diagrams and practically order anything. I had some engine work done gasket seals rear drive hub replaced sprockets changed bent handle bars replaced intertubes 100% recommended I come back for anything I need done

Awesome place to look at vintage motos being serviced (fyi. most places wont touch vintage or classics). Solid crew running the place! We are a bay area dismantler and dealer and have aquired quite a few parts bikes from them! Great team that helped us load up the motos!General Manager - WILL

First time to DNA and I was very satisfied with the service I received. I had a stubborn scooter tire I couldnt mount on my own, but DNA fixed it while I waited with no prior appointment. Pricing was good and staff was extremely helpful. What more can you ask for!!!!

Daniel is the man, Shotout woody too. Only one of two places I take my bike if Im not doing the work myself. They take good care of their customers. Honest, strait forward guys, you dont got to worry about no B.S with these guys.

Daniel is the most stand-up mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of working with. A great guy, offering great service, no bullshit.Ive been taking my scooters to him for almost 5 years now, since I rocked a 50cc mini chopper and he worked outside of his garage. Now, finally, I have a full size bike for him to look at, and I couldnt be more confident in the care of Daniel or any of his staff at his new store front in Hayward.

THEY CANNOT fix all problems! I was told they would be able 2 repair my bike after describing the problem, after patiently waiting about 3 weeks, got a call that it would cost me more money than the bike is worth and came up with all these NEW problems...No way! I know my bike but I guess being a woman, they turned out to be a mirrored image of a sleazy used car saleman.Today they called me 2 tell me Id be charged with storage fees of $75 starting today! REALLYYYYYYYNot skilled enough 2 fix the bike, kept on hold for so long and now that I wont pay tons of more money-THEYRE TRYING 2 CHARGE STORAGE FEESDNA MOTOR LAB, YOU SUCK

If youre having issues with a older bike and cant find someone to work on it reach out to team dna. I own a 2005 Kawasaki vulcan 1600 i froze my engine .after looking for some one to fix my bike and being denied over and over team dna came thru and saved my bike not only did they get it running the team is very helpful and chill and informative in highly recommended dna to any one

These guys are horrible here and just looking to get money rather than help you solve your problems! They do not seem to know much about ninjas they have customer bikes in there shop that they call trash instead of finding solutions to fix them!
