I went to them for all-new custom upholstery on all the seats in my car. They gave me the wrong color pattern, and are refusing to give me a refund.I bought a brand new Wrangler from Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge and the dealer contracted with Classic Soft Trim to give me custom leather. I spoke with Nicole over the phone and we discussed in great detail about how I wanted the leather done. I took the day off work to turn in my car, had to get a rental for three days while they worked on it, and took another day off work to pick up my car. Sure enough, my worst fear came true, and they messed up on the leather, didnt give me the color pattern I asked for. They offered to fix it, but I CANNOT afford to take the time off work to go through this process all over again because of a mistake they made. For this reason, I requested a refund. Classic Soft Trim and the dealership had a meeting behind my back and agreed that they were not going to issue me a refund.So now, I am stuck with leather I didnt want, and they are keeping my money against my will. I would not trust them again, and I do not recommend them to the Yelp community. If you have no choice but to go to them, learn from my mistakes, and do not pay them until AFTER the job is done PROPERLY.

I love their work. I got the cloth seats on my Buick changed to leather. They did an excellent job. The leather and cushioning is better than the factory leather--much softer and comfortable. They also add the heated seats option.

Great work and customer service. I had my moon roof repaired here and have not had any issues since. I would recommend plastic soft trim.
