The material took forever to arrive, then it arrived incomplete. when it was time to pay the co-manager charged me double surcharge and tax over the original quote I had gotten. They charged me for delivery, which in the past I never ever had to pay for. When the sales rep mistakenly quoted me for one material that was more expensive, and I asked them to fix it for the correct material. They claimed that the material I requested was the same price, so they called it a wash. Although I knew the material is not the same price. They try to keep everything extremely vague so its hard to verify price.very poor customer service. Dont bother giving them your business.

Products never on time, orders never complete and materials are always damaged. Literally always missing something. Terrible quality control and communication.
